‘PHONY SCANDALS’: OBAMA IRS THUG LOIS LERNER TO RECEIVE $50K A YEAR SALARY IN RETIREMENT

With our civil liberties continually under threat from this Administration, I offer to the American people a good news/bad news combo that is sure to serve as a bittersweet victory for those who have opposed the IRS’ campaign of harassment against political dissidents.

Lois Lerner, the embattled IRS official who was in charge of overseeing the tax exempt division of the IRS that has been routinely targeting and harassing conservative and Tea Party groups for years, has retired.

Good riddance….

However, the sound of the other shoe dropping is heard as Lerner can now look forward to over $50,000 in annual salary for her “service” to our nation.

I wonder what second prize is for systematically targeting political groups for harassment.

Ms Lerner was forced into early retirement. Most feds retire in their early 60’s at 30 plus year s service and get about 2/3 of their top three base pay. She is about 20K short of this.

If it had happened under a Republican President, and if the IRS had targeted the ACLU, or the Southern Poverty Law Center, or the NAACP, or the AFL-CIO, or the Animal Liberation Front, or PeTA, or the Tides Foundation, or MALDEF, or Code Pink, or Media Matters, or Human Rights Watch, or ACT-UP, or the Black Panther Party, or CAIR, or the Muslim Students Association, or the National Council or La Raza, or Planned Parenthood, or the Nation of Islam, or the National Committee on Pay Equity, or the National Lawyer's Guild, or the International Solidarity Movement, or the Lambda Legal Foundation... or any of the thousands of other left-wing organizations that get billions of dollars through the left-wing hive...

Well, I'm guessing the scandal would be treated as quite a bit less "phony" by the Main Stream Media, Famous Constitutionally Protected Watchers of the Watchers.
