Focus on sandbag issues:
best way to defeat program - make sure no one knows about it
Gov Scott - restricting navigators - violate Hippa law
two: legislature passed bill - lowest rates possible
we must find a way to put aside differences and move forward with the law.

We don’t think it makes any sense, we are going to fight it

Does it make sense when Kroger announced spouses will not longer be covered
UPS - spouses no longer covered
Attorney General
Product guarantee - companies no longer being able to keep insurance
Question: is it possible that Issa is playing passive and accomidating, opening doors (modify rather than overturn) Obamacare that the Dems aren’t willing to walkthough ... Making the GOP look “reasonable” while helping ensure that the Dems bear full culpability when it fails disasterously?
Tried to stop it, couldn’t. Tried to repeal it, couldn’t. Tried to defund it, couldn’t. Tried to get the Dems to at least acknowlege and fix the major problems with it, couldn’t. So don’t blame us for this nightmare of a mess.
