Maybe Baldwin can enlighten or Channel what the Founders would do to any representative who would dare vote for a Bill they had not even read or knew what was in it before they voted for it.
Or maybe after the Bill was passed and Became law, what they would do to another Branch of Government or the President who Just arbitrarily Changed that law or tried to appropriate tax payer money to pay for something that is not in the law to the tune of Billions of dollars. This is what the IRS is doing and being challenged in court for. Trying to say the Government can provide subsidies for People enrolling in Obamacare Exchanges that were set up in States who did not agree to set up the exchanges, the law Explicitly says they cannot,it is as we speak being litigated. How about the Thousands of waivers given out to Political allies,Giving Exemptions to Muslims because of their Religion, but going to Court and appealing the decision in the Hobby Lobby case that said they do not have to provide insurance that pays for abortion inducing pills and violates their Faith, and not to mention the exemption to the Slobs in the Congress themselves that allows staff members making 174,000 dollars a year a 75% subsidy that no other American can get in that income Bracket.
Or How about giving all your most private Health Care Information, income information and social security info to Former felons, some who were identity thieves.
I dont think the Founders would look to kindly on any of it and to top it off they would not put up with a Mulatto,America Hating Marxist either
And let’s not forget George Zimmerman..who the libs still cry about getting acquitted..they told us to get over it when their buddy buddy OJ was acquitted, but when the shoe is on the other foot they can’t stand it
It is “ignorant” to say something that stupid. Especially with all the illegal aliens being allowed to remain in America when they are violating our so called “laws” just being here. The ObamaCare “law of the land” bovine scatology currently floating around among the “media” toads and the low information types is really goofy. It’s not an argument. Also, the Second Amendment is the law of the land and look at what the commie ‘RATS are doing to it.
Big Deal , it’s a law. Bad laws can be rescinded, and none ever deserved to be rescinded more than Obamacare.
Inn the first place it was written with so many holes I it no one can say what it actually say. They are making it up as they go along. What the hell kind of law is that.
This government would have been overturned by our Founders in excess of 70 years ago.
The Stamp Act was a law, Obamacare is a bureaucracy.
So was the Dred Scott decision.
Did she mention all the laws that Fubarack refuses to enforce? What about those laws, “Brooke”?
Sodomy was once ‘against the law’ These days it is embraced by every liberal imaginable. Perversion, the same and then we elected the lead pervert to the highest office in the land. So much for the laws of the land. The Constitution can only be used by God Fearing, moral men of character. ...John Adams
so was the 18th Amendment
What libs mean is once they pass a law, any law, it cannot be revoked. Nothing is as earthly immortal as a Democrat-inspired government law.
Very good point. There are numerous towns and cities across the country who have declared themselves sanctuary cities by which they'd refuse to cooperate with gov. officials concerning illegal immigrants. All the people involved are openly stating that they are criminals who refuse to obey the law. The sponsors of those sanctuary cities should all be thrown into federal prison.
That person can go straight to Hell.
Suddenly he’s worried about what the founding fathers would think. Thats rich.
Suddenly she’s worried about what the founding fathers would think. Thats rich.
Way to own your words there, Brooke.
Some days the liberal stench is particularly hard to take.
So were the Alien and Sedition Acts? So was Jays Treaty with GB, which Madison, as leader of the Republican opposition in the House, sought to defund.
