The Talk Shows
September 15==22nd, 2013
Guests to be interviewed today on major television talk shows:
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Sens. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Claire McCaskill, D-Mo.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Wayne LaPierre, executive vice president of the National Rifle Association.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Tom Coburn, R-Okla.; Rep. Matt Salmon, R-Ariz.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Reps. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., and Tom Graves, R-Ga.
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.
Yep. It disgusts me how these establishment types hide behind Roberts Rules of Order when it comes time for a fight. Any kind of fight.
Pathetic.
Morning AB, All....
.....as always, thank you AB for doing this thread every week. We do care.
I am a bit full of himself today. Ok, who said “what’s new”?
Heh. Seriously, got a HUGE write-up in the local yokel paper, the Cape Gazette, with gorgeous picture of me in full color in front of my contested fence.
Big headline indicated that I single-handedly cured cancer....no wait.
County attorney Lawson said “I truly appreciate Mrs. Fish’s efforts to bring this matter to our attention so we can address it,” is one quote from the article.
Yeah right. The county property and zoning administrator refused to talk to me when I contacted him for an interview.
“You can talk to my boss, you can talk to the county attorney. I don’t want to talk to you.”
You think it was me calling him Emperor Pettyjohn that got him so riled?
For didn’t he send me a letter telling me to tear down my fence by a date specific or the county will begin legal action. Done on behalf of his builder buddy behind me and a couple of a**holes from New Jersey who want their FOUR FEET OF LAND THEY CAN DO NOTHING WITH!
Only problem, I had me a survey from 2003 and it says my fence is on my land. again I quote the article:
“One (survey) in fact, showed the fence fully on Mrs. Fish’s property”.
I got found guilty and my property condemened for destruction and me without one chance to SHOW MY PIECE OF PAPER!!!!
You should see, the county overturned EVERYTHING about how they handle property disputes...ALL BECAUSE OF ME!
Great article in the paper, Exit82 get a Cape Gazette, half page article on page 4. Church all agog, people congratulating me. Hey, you take your victories when you get them. really good picture of me...I upload it later.
Anyway, big thoughts on this defund Obamacare. They want to make Ted Cruz a villain. the Repubs just don’t get it folks, they DO NOT GET IT!
Making chocolate lava cake in slow cooker today. Anybody want a piece?
How many times has the big Zero appeared on Fox?
I hope that Cruz is choosing his interrogators wisely. Even so, Wallace will be very hostile. "Why are you attacking your own party?"
Excellent news, Fish. Sweeter than chocolate lava cake!
Ted Cruz “live”
Up now.
FNS
Wallace headlines the 12 murdered at the US Navy yard. He omits the dozens of murders in Chicago each year.
Not nervous at all. Wallace is unusually passionate. He doesn't seem to like Ted ;-)
Cruz vs Wallace and the entire FNS production team - no contest. Cruz is truly brilliant!

Cruz: "I don't want a shut down... If Reid rejects our bill, we will keep handing Reid bills that fund specific things. Let Reid try to defend his position."
Wallace: "Here are Republicans who say you don't have an end game... Pete King calls you a 'fraud.'"
Chrissy is pissy.
Cruz: "There are lots of congressmen who want to throw rocks. I'm not going to reciprocate. These are career politicians. I"m listening to the American people who are losing their healthcare."
He's awesome.
The Dems fear a government shutdown, because it might show the public that many of these government offices are really not necessary.
Even during a shutdown, essential services continue. That says that non-essential services are probably not needed anyway.
Cruz, with a smile: "Depends how the questions are asked. People now favor Republican policies regarding healthcare. All you have to do is get out of DC to find out that people are hurting..."
Go Ted!
McKaskell in next section. Lolz.
Cruz: "Harry Reid and Obama should not shut down the government." YEAH!
Cruz: Senate Republicans should stand united. Stop Harry Reid from using 51 votes to block the bill.
First ask Reid if he will allow amendments.
Senate Rs can deny cloture.
The minority has the ability to stop the majority.
It should be easy for Senate Rs to support House Republicans in stopping the trainwreck.
Doesn’t know how many votes he has right now.
1.6 million Americans signed petition to stop ObamaCare.
House will continue the fight, next step to go after red state democrat-senators.
Wants House to send funding bills one department at a time ala Robinson Doctrine.
Wallace now throwing up GOP-e criticisms of Cruz
Cruz now referring to “career politicians” who are not listening to the people, only interested in their own reelection.
Wallace: You’re right Senator, people don’t want ObamaCare, but don’t want the government shut down.
American people are hurting, losing their heathcare, losing their jobs, getting their hours cut.
Harry Reid and Obama SHOULD NOT SHUT DOWN THE GOVENMENT
Unions want out.
Me....Too!!! And.....folks...while watching Ted Cruz do his thing this morning, get online...WWW.DONTFUNDOBAMACARE.COM and sign/endorse the Lee/Cruz Defund Obamacare Petition!!! Do it....Today!!!
Chris Wallace is firmly
supporting ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE
for his sweetheart, Mitt-the-Backstabber Romney.
Wallace: “Are you going to allow the bill?”
Cruz answers clearly, but Wallace is determined
to not listen. Over and over.
Wallace selectively cites a Senate rule
out of context to help Reid,
but is promptly and cleanly knocked down
by the educated Cruz.
Cruz talks about “listening to the people”
and “stopping the (ObamaCARE) trainwreck”.
Wallace, in love with RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE,
unable to rebut Cruz instead tries to demean him.
Wallace keeps blaming the GOP and Cruz for the
Wallace’s fear of a ‘shut down’.
Cruz answers him clearly as to the fact
that it will be Obama who shuts down the gov’t
if it happens. Wallace does not care what is said,
and repeats this FOX “News”/ObamaDNC mantra for the
rest of the interview.
Wallace; “You have ticked off a lot of Republicans”
and he cites HIS OWN REASONS.
He begins FOX “News”’ one-sided attack
against conservative Cruz in the typical
Wallace-Rove-Romney-Hume-Soros-Obama-alQaeda way.
Cruz remains calm and wins the “debate”,
as he refers to the People over and over.
Wallace ends with video of Obama’s latest antiGOP tirade
and Wallace then pushes the lies which appear to be
consistent with the liberal FOX “News” agenda.
However, Cruz again takes the side of the people.
Winner - Sen. Cruz
Loser - Anyone who thinks FOX “News” is conservative.
Will McCaskill be forced to use her “mom voice” today with Cruz?
I”m listening to the American people who are losing their healthcare.”
He’s awesome.
^^^^^^^^^^^^
He has been on our local talk shows regularly, so I must assume that he has been talking to conservative talk show audiences all over the country. I applaud and respect his passion for this fight.
All pissy Crissy could do was copy the Tim Russert ploy of quoting people who disagreed with Cruz. And the Republicans he quoted are hereafter officially known as wimps and quislings.
Ted Cruz is leading a heard of chickens. He is nailing Obamacare with facts about the monstrosity.
Pray America is Waking Up
