The kind of violence that typically plagues Chicago does not handily fit the terms of the national debate on assault weapons and mass shootings.
While tragedies in Newtown, Conn., Aurora, Colo., and other cities have made the nation stop and take notice, the nearly daily killings in Chicago more often make headlines only by the periodic tallying of their collective toll. Most often, the approximately 500 people slain last year in Chicago were shot one at a time, usually with a handgun that could be concealed in a waistband or jacket pocket.
The gun violence that unfolded Thursday night at Cornell Square Park in the Back of the Yards neighborhood was different.

This is the community that Barack Obama organized when he was a community organizer. All those young black men face down in the street with a gun in their hand is Barry’s Legacy.
One day, Hollywood will be making a series about a bunch of cops in a dead, withered, corrupt crime-ridden city like Detroit’s “Low Winter Sun.” Maybe they’ll call it “Chicago Way.”
This can’t be true. Chicago has very strict gun laws.
Obama should be so proud of his old neighborhood. You can really see the results of all the fine work of Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, and the caring Democrats that have run that city for so long.

This is typical of Mexican drug gangs. Throwing away the gun to a big gang is an overhead expense. Keeping it would be indicative of an individual who can’t afford buying another.
The object of Gun Control is to take weapons away from Whites. plain and simple.
That is why inner-city violence among Blacks and minorities are so downplayed

Reporting on the shootings and analyzing the guns used instead of analyzing LBJ’s great grand kids and why they act the way they do.

Youre right, cant be true. They have some of the most restrictive gun laws. All we need to do is adopt similar laws everywhere and criminals will magically not break these laws, and we’ll all be safe. Right? (Does this even need a sarcasm tag?)
And that is just the elected officials.

Let’s not quibble; the fact is that probably most of these men are prohibited persons (under 21, drug users, felons, mentally ill per federal law) and illegal possessors of weapons (per Chicago and Ill law).
The tragedy is when these ferals wantonly and randomly attack innocent children and law-abiding men women and children BECAUSE they are able to do so with impunity.
Watch over the next five to ten years as Illinois joins the rest of civil society wherein law-abiding men and women can lawfully carry firearms to protect themselves, and observe how the crime rates will drop, no doubt the incidence of firearms uses will surge a bit, and “homicides” may even jump, as these good folks use the tools available to reduce crime bit by bit ( a justified homicide is still reported as a homicide).
The rest of the nation (well, mostly anyway) has seen dramatic drops in murder, assault and other crimes of violence and as some research suggests, because criminals no longer can take for granted that their intended victims are sheep. Rather, they may be sheepdogs, with defensive fangs and the will and ability to defend against the wolves....
Thanks to a Federal Judge who recognized that, indeed, the 2A applies outside the home! Rocket Scientists, these Illinois politicians are, I tell ya!
To democrats these are just postpartum abortions.
As long as there is a birth certificate on file the deceased will be able to vote democrat for many years.

And the lib-idiots will think the violence is because they aren't strict enough.
