One House of Delegates candidate from Bethesda, Jordan Cooper, issued a proposal Wednesday that lives up to the worst fears of gun owners. ...
Cooper’s plan includes a total ban on assault rifles, biennial renewal of gun licenses, and government confiscation of guns not properly licensed or renewed.

We do we start treating people like this as they should be.

A few years ago I would have said this bill could never become law even in a liberal-owned anti-gun state like MD. But not today when the Obamanites seem able to get whatever they want anywhere they want as long as it's north and west of the old Confederacy, and in quite a few places within that boundary as well. I'm actually glad that I'm as old as I am (76) because I wouldn't fit well in the Obamanite version of the US if I were to live another 10-15 years. Actually I don't fit in with it right now.
Wonder who else would be easily rounded up and herded away for “resettlement”?
