... and I thought that Midnight Basketball, the great social program pumped by both Bush Sr. and Bubba Clinton, was supposed to reduce crime ... and now you tell me that it's just another government boondoggle ... amazing!

Lived there know the area of mostly frame cottages and single family homes. Built by a mixture of immmingrants during the great depression. Subsequently re-settled by Latinos in the 70-80s. After the fed screwed up mortgage restrictions blacks moved in and screwed up the neighborhood.
