Prosecutors say Davis raped the girl while they were alone, then drove with her to a bar and asked patrons to pay $50 to have sex with her. A bouncer rescued the child.
In cases like this he should have been given the death penalty. This little girl will be scarred and require a years professional help to overcome this ordeal if she ever can. This animal has outlived his usefulness to remain on this planet and deserves the death penalty.

I kinda liked the title of the last Sly Stalone movie, “bullet to the head”. I think that would be an appropriate thing in this case.

As a Texan old enough to remember, this sort of case and virtually all violent rapes did get the death penalty (many years ago).

NO REASON for this guy to avoid the death penalty.

That pretty much is a death sentence. Child rapist, in a Texas prison, you do the math.

This isn’t Montana where you get 30 days or that place in the east where a guy recently got probation or Kalipornia where its considered a “life lesson”.
This is Texas.

I'd give the guy lead poisoning...in a heart beat.
Wouldn't miss a wink of sleep.
