As the Benghazi scandal begins to heat up again, there appears to be some confirmation that CIA employees were required to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) that would prohibit them from speaking with Congress. Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) relayed what happened to one such employee who refused to sign the NDA.

A CIA employee who refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement barring him from discussing the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, has been suspended as a result and forced to hire legal counsel, according to a top House lawmaker.
Rep. Frank Wolf (R., Va.) revealed at an event on Monday that his office was anonymously informed about the CIA employee, who is purportedly facing an internal backlash after refusing to sign a legal document barring him from publicly or privately discussing events surrounding the Benghazi attack.

If Brennan would go after journalists in 2010 as Homeland Security Advisor (counter-terrorism czar), why wouldnt he approve of making said journalists jobs more difficult by playing good cop in a game of preventing Benghazi survivors from talking to them or members of Congress, as CIA Director?
As to our Ironclad report, we have been making the case that Egypts Muslim Brotherhood was likely involved in the attack. In addition to wanting to protect the Obama administration, anyone wanting to protect the Muslim Brotherhood would also want to stonewall on Benghazi.

Mrs Clinton jumped ship in the nick of time.

They all jump ship at the right time - Big Sis, others.
At the Benghazi hearing this morning Patrick Kennedy said non one was required to sign a non-disclosure statement.
>>When your boss forces you to sign an agreement not to talk about something, even a leftie knows something is rotten.
That presumes they care.
Exactly Syria ended too soon for the regime. Their timing is off. They were supposed to go from syria right to the debt ceiling to amnesty to avoid all the pitfals/impeachment opportunities of Benghazi.
Exactly ,Mohammed Brennan probably keeps his prayer rug in his back pocket.
From what I have read there is little good about the CIA,pretty much a rogue dept.
Yep. Interesting.
Dont trust rep wolfe, he signed Hos Res 36 to form a select committee to look into Benghazi and now he has said he will REFUSE to sign the discharge petition to have it voted on.
He is a RINO and NOBODY should trust him.

Can Congress offer immunity to the CIA agents? This whole mess is so screwed up. Barry (Obarky) and his gang are messing up our form of government so badly I wonder if it can ever recover.

Well, yeah. It's how we know the excrement is about to hit the air redistribution device. We have to be reminded every time a Rat takes office.
Even though damage may be done now, truth about CIA usually comes out.
And the chairman did open the hearing reminding him of the consequences for false or misleading statements.
Even when the truth is uncovered, government propaganda and the MSM will keep the public ignorant of it.
Consider how many people think Che was a swell guy and Senator McCarthy was a scoundrel ... even though Che was a sadistic murderer and the facts obtained from now-declassified US archives and Soviet archives support McCarthy’s appraisal of communist infiltration.
madison i believe... will check.

Ask 100 people on the street if they know that our CIA Director is a Muslim, and I’ll bet 99 of them say No.
They get DEMOTED if they don’t sign, so naturally EVERYONE so brave, signs.../s....thank GOD for 1 who didn’t.
Notice that Patrick Kennedy said no one at State asked for a Non-Disclosure Agreement. He was not asked what about CIA, WH, etc.? Or if he was it was lost in the hub-ub of every other questioner (Dem) was building stone wall for O and Hil.
John Adams:
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.
http://providencefoundation.com/?page_id=672
President John Adams wrote that, Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.3 Why is this? Only a moral and religious people can provide the power or principles necessary to support our unique form of government. Diagram 1 depicts the power and form of our constitutional republic. The pillars in this diagram represent the framework of our free nation and include such concepts as constitutionalism, decentralization of power, separation of powers, election of representatives, and separation of jurisdictions. This framework has been an important component in the United States becoming the most free and prosperous nation the world has ever seen. But more important than the form is the power of our republic. In fact, the form cannot exist without the power. Good structures are not enough because the best forms of government in bad hands can do nothing great or good. A people must be prepared from within to live in liberty.
