At the Benghazi hearing this morning Patrick Kennedy said non one was required to sign a non-disclosure statement.

And the chairman did open the hearing reminding him of the consequences for false or misleading statements.

Notice that Patrick Kennedy said no one at State asked for a Non-Disclosure Agreement. He was not asked what about CIA, WH, etc.? Or if he was it was lost in the hub-ub of every other questioner (Dem) was building stone wall for O and Hil.
