Well, there's a man who, regardless of his other circumstances, is probably right with God. He can sleep well at night knowing he did the right thing. And he thanks those who have helped him.
Now if only the other "99%" of the fools in this country could take a lesson from this man and stop expecting that everything they see is theirs to grab and loot....
God bless this man.

Truly a mensch.
An exemplary American.
This guy needs to be momentarily used to disabuse Hussein about his lame theories.

Just last night, I was talking to my better half about how integrity cuts across the social classes — the homeless returning valuables was a point in our exchange.

Apparently, the lower economic level drivers are more law abiding and cooperative/accommodating to other drivers.

The backpack contained $2,400 in cash, $39,500 in travelers checks, passports, and various personal papers, police said.Illegal aliens selling the American dream. The guy probably figured it was all illegal.

"A good man. Stupid but good." I would say that in this situation he was not stupid, but indeed very smart. He recognized that this had to be stolen stuff (what with multiple passports and all) and he didn't want to get mixed up in something illegal.
God bless him for having the integrity to do the right thing!
