Putin has made many statements distancing himself from Communism. The Russian Communists hate him.
The fact of the matter is that Russia won’t turn into a an American-style democracy any time soon....The damage the Bolsheviks did was so extensive it will take generations. But the West isn’t helping by trying to force the worst aspects of Western Culture on Russia.
I agree that Putie holds the interests of Russia uppermost. Can’t condemn him for that. The Obamanation has never said or demonstrated that he has the same concern for American interests, as he should. He is shirking his major duty as president, in addition to his multitudinous other shortcomings.

As you pointed out, Putie served whomever was in power. Since the Commies are now out it follows that he would distance himself from them.
It’s not a question of “loving” Putin.
But the fact is, somebody has to hold a mirror up and show what the reality of Obama is to the people who voted for him twice. Because lord knows the Republicans sure as Hell aren’t going to do it.
Once we get a suitable President, then we can criticize Putin...but right now we’ve got to fix our own bed.
Not me. I don’t respect either Obama and Putin. I respect Conservatives, and I love God. Putin worked for the Soviet Communist KGB when their secret police still put people into the Gulag to die a long painful death. He’s not just another fella with a traditional view. He’s set himself up as a President for Life and worked to undermine a real conservative self-governing rule in Russia. He’s scared the Baltic nations (Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia), Poland, the Ukraine, and Georgia. He appeals to dilettantes and philistine boobs.

It is incomprehensible to me that military installations in this country are subjected (and protected, somewhat) by THE most restrictive requirements with regard to personal rights, personal protection, and the ability to respond appropriately with the training and tactics they have been taught by the world’s experts in WAR, are military installations.
Just think about it. A locked down military base/post/yard/station whatever....protection out the a$$. Next door is, in many cases a kindergarten, a school, a store, an office building. Citizens completely on their own and at the mercy of those ‘7 minute [first] responders’.
But it is America's bed to fix. Foreign a-holes can STFU.
