Eeesh—those WMD are Mohammad’s holiday fruitcake.
All the idiots in the Mclaughlin group miss the point of American Exceptionalism.
Yeah for sure, looks like someone is getting played again. Either that or everyone knew what was going on and played it out in Syria anyway.
My Duckies rolled pretty well on Rocky Top yesterday too.
Go Ducks
Roll Tide
Many thanks, AB, for posting this. And bray, thanks very much for writing this exceptional essay. It needs to be shouted from the rooftops. The Democrats are indeed the superstars of hypocrisy, deceit, and fabrication.
Btw, I tried out for American Idol in Disney World.
I didnt make it.
But I got proof.
Save that for the “ Idol Thread” this season.
See you there, as in the past always enjoy your posts.
Having missed out on being born during the depression or the WWII era, I would have to say that the greatest strength I’ve seen in my lifetime has been President Ronald Reagan. The greatest weakness, our current culture.
Unless our culture changes, I see our future as CS Lewis so aptly put it, “We will not end with a bang but with a whimper.”
Next Week: That Stupid Dog Barking Ordinance
.
tune in, youll love this column. Im interviewing
everybody with any kind of expertise on this matter.
Oh my goodness, indeed I will save it for the Idol posts. Glad to see you!
I thought it was a kind of come-on, like me and daughter would “try-out” for American Idol but would really be making a recording sort of thing that we would buy.
Turns out, heh, THAT IT REALLY WAS AN AMERICAN IDOL TRYOUT!
How cool is that?
I didn’t do bad either, at least the lady listening said I sounded good but go on, I am 63 years old, entirely too old for American Idol!
It was great though.
Daughter didn’t even get a kind word.
;)
I got a badge says “I tried out for American Idol”....I am so cool I am making myself chilly.
OMG!!!
I just heard Woodward on the MTP replay say that we now have stabilization in the Middle East thanks to Obama.
How blindly these talkers walk the walk for the regime.
I didnt do bad either, at least the lady listening said I sounded good but go on, I am 63 years old, entirely too old for American Idol!
There always Xfactor. .......
Great you tried. A memory for you and your daughter to cherish together.
You deserve some good things to happen in your life.
Maica....in spite of my impending American Idolhood and let’s not forget how I almost single-handedly changed the property dispute procedures in Sussex county Delaware, I am paying attention to all this!
BTW, I sang “American the Beautiful” for my American Idol tryout. Goodness there me and daughter are, discussing what song we would sing for the record we thought we were about to make. We follow the man inside for our tryout and I look around. Instructions say you must sing any song of choice, a capella.
Well dag I know that but I’m wondering, WHERE ARE THE KAROAKE MACHINES?
We go inside, I got to pull a song out of the air, I did “America the Beautiful” as I ponder while I sing just what this was all about.
Lady asks me about my musical experience and again, come on, where are the Karoake machines, quit wasting my time with silly questions.
I tell her of my long history as a choir singer. She was not impressed but I figured...who does she think she is? I just want to sing a Karoake song!
Heh.
She said I sounded nice but was not the stuff of American Idols!
She tells daughter....”not so much”.
They escort us out and I’m thinking, holy cow, that was really an American Idol tryout!
They gave me a badge with my name on it....says “Pat” “tried out for American Idol in Disney World.”
Folks I write fiction but you can’t make this stuff up!
Anyway, forgive for drifting off....but I heard Britt Hume say for the House pubs to defund Obamacare will shut down the gubmint and “is a loser for the Republicans”.
On Meet the Depressed I watched a whole bunch of clue-less libs giggle that it is the “extreme” wing of the Republican party wanting to defund Obamacare.
They can mock and make fun of me all they want, I’ve got a strong grip on my common sense and I will not be told black is white and up is down.
If that’s not racist.....
I’m jus’ sayin’.
But perhaps somebody swerved down a wrong alley and asked him a real question? Just maybe? Nah!
This is the smallest I've ever seen this Sunday thread but that is no wonder. The guest lists are a real snoozer and nobody in the "media" wants to talk about what the disaster our foreign policy is, or 0bamacare, or the budget, or the economy, or..., so they are laying low and hoping nobody watches or cares?
Beautiful day here. I just drove back from the beach, where I did my daily 5K. Spotted two Ferraris and a Lamborghini. The Lamborghini owner was kind enough to open all the pipes, and it was much more interesting to listen to than Obama could have been!
I admire your strength and willingness to continue the fight.
I hope you sang the second verse:
America! America!
God mend thy every flaw
Confirm thy soul in self-control
Thy Liberty in Law.
The loss of self-control because of no regard for any higher power for a few generations now is the bedrock reason why our country is collapsing.
I just got here and have to thank you for doin’ this thread every week. If it wasn’t for this thread, I sometimes would have totally missed the Sunday talk show “action”.
Thank you!!
