RUSH: Folks, the Syria news today -- it was bad yesterday. It was embarrassing yesterday. Today the whole world is laughing at us, and I am not kidding. Even liberals. Even these wacko Looney Tunes pajama-clad website posters, these progressives, as they call themselves. These people think Obama and Kerry are lying to 'em. They don't want another war. They don't want a single missile launched ever. They think they're being lied to.
I mean, Obama doesn't even have his base on this. And according to whip counts and head counts right now, it looks like Obama's request for a congressional authorization for the use of force in the Syria isn't going to pass the House, after all, thanks to those obstreperous Republicans. Now, for those of you in Rio Linda, that means stubborn. So everything is going according to plan. Once again Obama will be able to blame the evil House Republicans for all of the nerve gas damage that's taking place in Syria.

But, like the MSM, they are pledged not to talk.
I’ll at least give them credit for calling him out on this latest lie. It would be nice if they would have been on board after, say, the first 20 or 30 bald faced lies and broken promises.
I wouldn’t be so sure this thing will get through the Senate, despite yesterday’s vote. Obama may not have to run for re-election, but a bunch of Senators do.

These people had AMPLE warning about what kind of monster Obama is and they chose to ignore it and even resorted to mocking or insulting those who dared to attempt to educate them.
They voted for this, now they want to bit*h about it when it's about to all fall apart?!
They need to sit down, shut up and NEVER, EVER vote again! That's if we're even here as a country to be able to hold another election. I'm not all that confident at this moment.

On a happier note, I heard an 0bama supporter and voter today say that he was not happy with 0bama for going against the will of the public and bombing Syria.
Assad and his allies are liars, the rebels are liars, Obama and Kerry are liars, McCain and Graham are liars. The only ones giving it to you straight, as far as I can tell, are the anti-interventionist Republicans and Democrats.
I have been deployed twice because I voted for Bush’s war, walking the talking.
Now I want liberals who voted Obozo to fight this war, along with their DHS and TSA pervs stationed over there.

Add to this the fact that Middle Eastern / Islamic culture is based on lies. They simply do not value and understand truth in the way we do in the West. Anyone with a hint of an understanding of the culture knows this (so almost no one in Washington).

Given this, and the fact that none of the 4-5 factions really on the ground in Syria are above gassing people, whether directly or as a false flag operation, why should we believe that Assad gassed anyone? We should not be going to war over something as lacking for real proof as to the actors as we have with this event.
Rush expands on the above and points out the known lying by Obama and Kerry, which nicely brings Benghazi back to the discussion.
We can't expect miracles - it's nice a few dems can see...
