Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Welsh says the U.S. Air Force is not in an ideal place to lead a major Syria offensive...
(Excerpt) Read more at israelnationalnews.com ...
Inhofe has been warning about the military unpreparedness, should Syria strike back.
He would know.
Gen.Welsh was quoted by the Journal of the Air Force on Aug. 28.
He said that Obama’s intent to not make it a ground war would place this at the door of the Air Force.
I say that as a former zoomie.

It would. The Block 50 F-16’s and Navy/Marine Prowler/Growler aircaft would have to lead every mission so other aircraft can enter the airspace.
It was done in Libya. But, it took 8 months and a whole lotta money to get it done.
WTF? First word was 'lobbing a few cruise missles' -- something lasting no more than 48 hours. Earlier today, there was talk of 60 days, with an option of 30 more. Now -- a major offensive?
I repeat: WTF?
NO, NO, NO!!!!
What’s a “zoomie”?
Our president made a whole series of headlines not long ago by summarily firing an entire stable full of very experienced military men. What effect will this have, if any, on the expanded war he wants against Syria? Asking because his actions against so many high- ranking officers was so unusual. And I didn’t catch any explanations. ??????

“Inhofe has been warning about the military unpreparedness, should Syria strike back.”
What about counter-attacks from China & Russia? This is a trap.
This Grunt thanks you.
We didn’t Zoom, we Humped.
I think it's a standard issue cluster {redacted} that's going to get a lot of people killed.

Killing a bunch of Russians will piss off Putin.

Obama said “no boots on the ground.”
Boots on the ground= impeachment
“We start carpet bombing in 30 minutes”
Obama said his birth certificate was real
Not real = impeachment.
No comment. REMF :)
