I’ve already told my congressman & federal senators NO to Obama’s new war by going to their email pages in Washington.

Why should he read the constitution? He is a "Professor of constitutional law".
Let us peruse his expertise on the constitution:
Obama Tramples The Constitution
- Bypassing Congress, Obama has signed an unconstitutional executive order allowing 800,000 illegal aliens to remain in the US.
- Obama had a congressional supercommittee decide spending cuts. The constitution says that the House and the Senate are supposed to do that.
- Obama wants to regulate guns. The constitution gives citizens the right to bear arms.
- Congress twice rejected Obama's Dream Act to give amnesty to illegal aliens. So Obama decided to bypass Congress and just not enforce immigration laws against illegal aliens.
- Obama put into place the TSA that takes what amounts to naked images and employs pat-downs that touch intimate body parts. This is a violation of the 4th amendment to the constitution.
- Obama's Cap and Trade bill would cut greenhouse gas emissions. At current energy prices, it would effective cost each family almost $2000 by 2020. The bill failed to pass Congress. So Obama bypassed Congress by using the EPA to do the enforcement instead. How could EPA have this authority? The EPA declared carbon dioxide a health hazard!
- Obama sponsored the health care bill, now known as Obamacare. The bill would force people to buy health insurance. But the constitution does not give the government authority to force people to buy any commodity. The bill also infringes on the States 10th amendment rights.
- Obama went to war with Libya. The constitution stays that only congress has the power to declare war.
- Obama's National Defense Authorization Act permits the US military to detain US citizens indefinitely without trial. The constitution says that every citizen has the right to due process.
- Obama is not a natural born citizen. The constitution says that the president must be a natural born citizen.

go vote again and look at the top of the ballot. It says your vote has “already” been counted.

Don’t you think they should bomb the rebels also. I seem to remember a rebel cutting out and eating the heart of a soldier he killed. I think the rebels should be bombed as punishment for that crime against humanity .... with the Muslim heathens I doubt that it was an isolated occurrence.

Me too. I did it while Odumbo was still speaking. I'd be interested to see how their e-mails are running percentage-wise.

And just think ? As Senators Obama, Kerry, Hagle, Clinton all opposed President Bush with Bush dealing with the Syrians harshly.
There is even a picture of Kerry having a nice dinner with Assad.
What a bunch of hypocrites.

What is this? Mob rule?
He doesn’t have the authority, not even if we want to give it to him, which we don’t. And we don’t have the authority to give him the authority.
This just is not a banana republic.
The Constitution is the only authority he has, and it does not give him the authority to take this military action.
I am surprised and dismayed by Drudge.
Liberals got us into every stupid war, and Conservatives take the blame just for being there for and taking care of the troops.
This is nauseating.

Not even congress has the authority to give him permission to do whatever he wants to do.
Congress swears to protect and defend the constitution. They don’t just vote something in that’s popular.
If that were the case, guys with loads of money would come in and tell them how to vote on issues and we’d have a covert monarchy. . .
Oh. . .
Well, the next president will either be a charismatic, wacky despot, or a Man (or lady) who knows the Constitution and knows how to wield it. There. I said it.

I guess this is how he destroys the country. Gets us into WWIII when our military has been decimated. And McCain is “all in” as he promised the North Vietnamese.

If I was so fired up to have regime change , I would change it by bombing Assad at home.
It’s dumb to talk about limited bombing when we have no idea what limits will come when this gets started.
Why bomb Assad and not Al Qaeda? It seems they are both our enemy.
Now That is -—Pelosi and Kerry used to love him when Bush was President.
