The “crazy little brother” approach in negotiations. Here, Rubio is China and Obama is North Korea.

Using Obama as an excuse to push through amnesty seems like a last desperate ploy.
Let Obama use executive power to give amnesty to millions.
The fix is in with large business interests who want cheap labor and leftist labor groups that want Democrats to win elections giving it “bipartisan” support.

Rubio infiltrated the tea party, on behalf of the advancement of the Socialist, Marxist, Fascist, Communist agenda!
I do not blame the Tea Party, although there may have been some minor indicators, he was near impossible to vent at the time he was running...but now we know.

If they are legalized, how much more will it take for them to be marching to the courts and demanding the right to vote? That is the ultimate goal - 30 million new documented RAT voters. Do not lose sight of the end game

Maybe Congress should legalize bank robbery before Obama legalizes it via executive order.

If Barack Obama can just legalize illegals with a stroke of a pen, does that mean the next President can make them illegal again? Sounds like Barry needs to watch his strokes.

Can someone please explain to me how Obama circumventing the law and "legalizing" over 11 million criminal illegal aliens who violated FEDERAL LAW by entering our country without permission, is not an impeachable offense?
Oh, that's right: John "NO BALLS" Boehner. Nevermind.

President Obama may legalize many of the 11 million illegal immigrants administratively. If the big O does not need Congress to legalize the illegals, then why wait? Call his bluff.

What a stupid and defeatist argument which proves beyond question that Rubio is a sell-out. If 0bama is going to act like a dictator via EO, it makes no practical difference what congress does. In fact, if congress does vote for some type of immigration reform, we all know that this will be used to provide cover for any action that the dictator takes. Congress will become a willing accomplice to the dictator. We know that throughout history, most dictators have used vestigial assemblies and legislatures as a means to deceive the public into believing that their voice is being heard.

executive order
That move would ‘radicalize’ a lot of fence-sitters, FR’s ranks would swell:
it would be the formal declaration of war on the American people being waged by the Demoblicans and their paymasters.

Then he added, "a year from now we could find ourselves with all 11 million people here legally under an executive order from the president." As opposed to finding ourselves with all 11 million people here legally with full support and consent of Congress?

Sen. Marco Rubio's assertion last week that if Congress stalls out on immigration reform, President Obama may legalize many of the 11 million illegal immigrants administratively. I fail to see Rubio's threat. Either let Rubio and his Senate GOP allies legalize 11 million illegals, or Obama will do it by executive order. I fail to see the difference in the end result.
