Texas Won’t Prosecute Father Who Beat His 5-Year-Old Daughter’s Molester To Death

In rural Lavaca County, Texas, a grand jury refused to indict a father who, when he caught a farm hand attempting to rape his five-year-old daughter, beat the farm hand, accidentally killing him. The incident took place on June 9, near Shiner, Texas. Someone alerted the little girl’s father that Jesus Flores, a farmhand, was seen carrying the little girl to a secluded area.

The father took off in the direction that the farmhand was seen traveling. As he drew closer, he could hear his little girl screaming. When he reached the two, both the farmhand and the five-year-old had their underwear off. The father promptly beat Flores into unconsciousness.

Members of the Lavaca County prosecutor's office announce that an unnamed man will not be prosecuted for killing man who was attempting to rape his daughter.

Only after he was certain that Flores was no longer a threat either to himself or to the little girl did the father place an anguished 911 call seeking help for Flores. Practically weeping, he said to the 911 reporter “I need an ambulance. This guy was raping my daughter, and I beat him up, and I don’t know what to do. *** Come on! This guy is going to die on me. I don’t know what to do.”

Although the county classified Flores’ death as a homicide, the Lavaca grand jury declined to indict him, saying that it was justified homicide. In Texas, deadly force is justified in order to prevent an aggravated sexual assault.

The father’s community was very supportive of him. In Texas, justice is swift and sure, and a child rapist caught in the act by an enraged father doesn’t have many rights.

That should be the law in every state.

This is how “the judicial process” was designed... that indictments for alleged crimes are brought by a grand jury... consisting of ordinary state citizens. Not lawyers, politicians, activists... not some G-d damned procesutor ala what went down with the whole St. Skittles glorification sideshow in Floriduh.

Now... let’s build on this and convene a Grand Jury to indict the undocumented, purple-lipped halfbreed, Marxist tyrant for TREASON.

Rock on.

Texas Penal Code - Section 9.32. Deadly Force In Defense Of Person

§ 9.32. DEADLY FORCE IN DEFENSE OF PERSON. (a) A person is justified in using deadly force against another:

(3) when and to the degree he reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary:

(B) to prevent the other's imminent commission of aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery, or aggravated robbery.

In other words, the State couldn't have prosecuted the father if they wanted to. In this case, as I understand it, a no-bill by a grand jury is usually a formality to ensure that jeopardy has attached so that the individual cannot be prosecuted at some later date for some other charge for the same crime.

Commit this to memory. This is exactly what to do and say to 911 after justice has been done.

What is frustrating to those of us in Texas is the (Islamic guy that killed 20+ people including one expecting a baby), at Fort Hood 4-5 years ago received his monthly paycheck when the victims did not has monies to support their selves or their hospital/treatment bills.

His trial is over. He is guilty and condemned to death.

....maybe, but Holder will still have to select a jury pool from the area.................. not a chance in hell he would win and he knows it.

It becomes increasingly clear to me that winning isn't holder and obama's primary objective in their aggressive actions against Texas. Look at their actions against us with the recent Voter I.D. issue, one in which they've already been defeated in another state . This illogical behavior pattern seems to be about two things:

1) Obama's malignant narcissism and pathological need for retaliation & revenge every time he feels some perceived insult. We all know that by now and there are even books written on it.

2) He & Holder will need a spark in the future, once everything is in place. If they were (evil) smart, they would lay the groundwork now for that spark to originate among a group of people who they think could give them the strongest pushback -- the only one of the "57 states" that was once its own country. Texans are people whose self-identity is obsessively associated with phrases and vernacular such as "Remember the Alamo" and "Come and take it." Correct me if I'm mistaken, but in warfare and fighting theory, isn't it thought that if you put your boot on the neck of the biggest enemy and immobilize him, then all other enemies will fall into line out of fear and intimidation?

Anyone know where i can find a Goliad flag?
