Dana Loesch is a well-known conservative writer and thinker. Her fame comes about in part because, aside from being one heck of a smart gal and a good writer, she’s also extremely beautiful. Perhaps that beauty is what drove a Progressive Huffington Post contributor to abandon his political argument with her on Twitter and simply threaten her with anal rape.
Loesch is a chronic irritant to Progressives. She’s a pro-gun conservative who looks like a fashion model and who can communicate her conservative ideas clearly and accessibly. Apparently Pascal Robert, who blogs and contributes his writing to the Huffington Post simply couldn’t cope with a rather heated political discussion about gun rights that Loesch was having on Twitter.
Rather than backing out of an argument he apparently couldn’t win, Robert resorted to an ugly rape threat: (see article for the graphic language)
Loesch wasn’t intimated. Instead, she shot back a Tweet explaining that Robert’s threat was “Exhibit A” for the argument that women should be allowed to carry guns:

It’s worth emphasizing that Robert isn’t just some random crackpot. He’s a Huffington Post crack pot, who contributes (free) articles to HuffPo that the latter regularly runs. On his HuffPo author page, he explains that he is “A Blogger who loves all things politics. SHEER political independent; unafraid to slay the most sacred cows of ideological orthodoxy from the Left, or the Right and one who enjoys global affairs and aspects of pop culture. In all ways he is a child of the Haitian Revolution.” As a writer, he boasts that “Since 2007 he has been recognized for his hard hitting, blunt unvarnished style of bringing attention to current events and global affairs, especially those affecting communities of color.”
Well, you certainly can’t get any more hard-hitting and blunt than to end a verbal argument you can’t win by threatening to anally rape your opponent.
