The University of Cambridge has rewritten its graduation dress code after hundreds of years to allow men to graduate in skirts—and women in suits—following complaints from transgender students.

They should require those with XX to graduate in skirts, and XY in suits. That way transgender students don't have to be concerned with their "gender", just with their genetics.

Scottish isn't a lifestyle choice. Although it could be. I could declare myself Scottish, wear kilts, throw kabers and comport myself like a drunken hottentot, and maybe I could get them to recognize my affliction, if I threw a little sheep-sodomizing into the mix.
