Ginger Slepski was driving through Pittsburgh’s North Side when a group of black teens threw things at her car. She got out and asked them “what is your problem?”
Then they proceeded to beat her senseless, calling her a “white bitch” and other racial slurs. WPXI has the video and the story.
So where is Eric Holder? Where is Jocelyn Samuels (jocelyn.samuels@usdoj. gov), the replacement for Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez who could prosecute this crime under federal civil rights laws?
Remember those? Those are the ones Eric Holder made a point to mention at the NAACP convention in Orlando, blustering that he might prosecute the acquitted George Zimmerman.
Well here’s an easy case, Eric. It won’t be too hard to prove a violation of 18 USC 249 or 18 USC 245 in this context. No outrageous self-defense defenses here.
But like in all the other similar cases you refuse to prosecute, the victim here wasn’t one of “ your people.” Ginger’s parents didn’t endure the sort of garbage that your wife’s parents did down south. So she isn’t entitled to equal protection of the law, right?
Make no mistake, Ginger isn’t the only victim who won’t get justice from Justice just because of her race. Neither will the parents who were beaten at the Wisconsin State Fair. Nor will the parents in Ohio who saw thugs come on their lawn shouting racial slurs before they beat them.
We get it, Eric. You can tell your friends at the Washington Post and New York Times that your Justice Department doesn’t discriminate because of the race of the victim, but we know the truth. We know that you treat some Americans as second-class citizens. And for that, you are more like one of the old segregationists than the crusader for justice you think you are.

People throwing things at my car could really rattle me, cause me to lose control, jump the sidewalk, back up, jump the sidewalk again.
Like the WWII vet who was brutally beat to death by “youths”. It was her own fault, right? That’s what the police chief in Spokane said.

States should come up with their own descrimination and hate laws. Then if Holder won’t prosecute, a local DA will.
But nah, the po-po wouldn’t have done squat for her. I’ll give you that.
When I’m driving through those types of neighborhoods, I usually just slow down at a red light and if no one is coming I go ahead and run it. Just too dangerous out there.
Lessons learned - if you wander into the ghetto, don’t be fool enough to get out of your car if attacked. Any yutes that try to block the street in front of me better be agile enough to get out of the way when I floor it.

People. Don’t get out of your car if some punks throw something at it. The car provides excellent protection from improvised missiles and escape potential from such a bad situation. In Texas, we can legally pack a gun in our cars. So, if this were to happen here and the victim could not get away, the results would have been very different.

They called her a “white bitch” and other racial slurs, but when they attempted to physically attack her, she put two rounds, at belt buckle level, through each of her attackers.
She then rolled up her window, drove to the nearest police station, and notified the police that several people had attacked her while she was in her vehicle, and fearing for her life, she had defended herself with a handgun. Then she drove to the nearest police station because she did not want to stay in a bad neighborhood, at risk for further attack.
Ha! You’re looking at the electrician in that pic. When I was young electricians didn’t look like that:)

I don’t know the set up in PA for electricians but if they’re like here in the West they’re unionized. I’d think their union would help out in a case like this.
