Whenever a white (or white Hispanic) kills a black, it is by definition racially motivated. Whenever a black kills a white it is just another statistic.
Clearly Belton should not have provoked his attackers by attempting to defend himself. He should have apologized for the wrongs committed upon the poor yoots' ancestors and then remained passive while they beat him.
