This is INSANE. We DON’T need to waste more bombs, ships, fuel and lives trying to civilize these savages.

The longer we keep out of their quarrels, the more they destroy each other in their lunatic rage for destruction.

And THAT is a good thing!

I'm inclined to agree with you, but what do you think Russia's reaction will be if we strike without a UN resolution to do so?

Nothing except for some verbal protests and possibly sending more arms to Syria. There will be NO Russian military action.

Yes, I am aware of that, I was just pointing out that the UK dosent completely rely on Tomahawks. The RN will use the Tomahawk, although that may change in the future. The RAF uses the Anglo-European ‘Storm Shadow’.

Plans are afoot in the future supposedly for the RN to start using the SS missile, and less Tomahawks. The newer Type 45 ships are built/will be built to use the Storm, due to their ability to incorporate the Sylver launching system.

Zero won’t even call Congress back for an emergency session. Instead he goes and plays golf.

The Russians, Chinese, Iranians, Venezuelans, and North Koreans, among others are backing Syria.

John McCain and Lindsey Graham must be excited by this news, and no doubt are dancing naked around the bonfire doing their war dance.

Navy ready to launch first strike on Syria [The Clown & Cameron Pretend to be Tough]

Britain and America: a couple of kakistocracies.

I hope that Putin lays down his red line to Camerron & 0dumb0shit..... now that I would take seriously! I don't think our faggot sissified military (or Britain's military) would be capable of fighting the Russkies any longer.

Sad when a person considers rooting for the Ruskis.

/johnny

I'm no longer even considering it! We live in a depraved, sadistic, pornographic, faggot loving, socialist economic, depraved cesspool.... thanks to GW Bush for initiating it, and then 0dumb0 carrying out the destruction to its fullest extent. Our former once great republic, is now toast and 0dumb0 has turned us into the USSA.

Russia at least stands against the muzzies, against the gays & faggots, & for economic freedom & capitalism

The nobel prize committee should sleep in the bed they made.

May their shame be continually upon them.

I am well aware of the Storm shadow, manufactured by MBDA> But to date it is soley a air launched missile and so the Air Forces of Britan, Italy, and France use it.

A sub launched and surface launched variant is under development and being tested, but it is not yet in production. It looks like it will be a fine weapon.

My point was that the UK uses the Tomahawk now. You responded in your first post to tell me that the Royal Navy was not using US Tomohawks, but was using their own missile. I responded back by saying that ws not the case and linking to the Royal NAvy's own site where they list the Tomahawk as the missile being used by both the Trafalgar and Astute class submarines. Right now, there are no Storm Shadow SLCMs available for use by the RN. They are not being produced yet.

At some point in the future the RN may use the Storm Shadow in place of the Tomahawk, or use them oth. But right now, and certainly for any current or planned operation, the only sub launched cruise missile the RN uses is the Tomahawk.

What do you expect from someone who warns against eating our corn seed?

I guess he hasn’t heard of Monsanto...

No, I said Britain doesn’t rely on the Tomahawk. Not just the RN. I said Britain. Or more to the point, ‘we’. By which I meant the UK.

Good enough.

I agree then. The Royal Air Force definitely uses the Storm Shadow, and perhaps they will also be used...though I doubt it. I believe the Royal Navy is already moving subs into position to take part.

Pardon my presumption...but I had not mentioned the Royal Air Force, and was specifically talking about naval assets.

Anyhow, I personally believe that such an intervention by both of our nations is not only not wise, but at this point, also uncalled for. 1st, it is extremely unclear how national interests are served by taking part on either side of this conflict. That is the principle thing.

Secondarily, there has been no evidence definitively showing it was Assad that carried out the attack, and could be equally plausible that the rebels themselves did it.

Apologies if I wasn’t clear re the missiles.

I agree with you on the other point. IF we are to act, air and naval strikes only. No ground troops, not even SF.

Youtube with Biden warning GW not to start military action against Iran without approval from Congress. If GW did, Biden promised to start impeachment proceedings.

One might ask Joe, “Why not now Joe if your Obozoliar bombs Syria?”
