A potential candidate to succeed disgraced San Diego mayor Bob Filner has been caught openly masturbating in restrooms on multiple occasions, according to investigative site VoiceOfOC.org.
When Carl DeMaio, one of the leading Republican candidates to replace alleged serial sexual harasser Filner, was in the City Council, he would allegedly leave the dais during meetings to masturbate in a men’s room, former City Council president Ben Hueso said.
Hueso, now a Democratic state senator, said he witnessed DeMaio in the act twice, but others suspect his inappropriate activity was more frequent. The politician said he walked into the restroom some time in 2009 and saw his colleague standing at a urinal with his pants around his ankles.
“DeMaio was masturbating,” Hueso told the website. “He jumped, caught by surprise. He jumped to the sink ... saying ‘I’m sorry, I’m sorry’ about six times. Then washed his hands, darted out.”(continued)

Forgetting the action itself. Men go into a bathroom, they pull out their member and pee into a urinal. A man COULD watch this, but generally people who aren’t perverts do not.
So, if a man has pulled out his member, and is at a urinal, why is the state senator in the bathroom staring at this man’s member watching how what he is doing with it at the urinal?
Sounds like a pervert to me, any man standing in a bathroom staring at another man’s member might well be sick.
Meanwhile, masturbation is not a crime, and it isn’t even considered inappropriate behavior. Bill Clinton had a blow job IN THE OVAL OFFICE, by an intern, not his wife. And that to democrats was perfectly acceptable behavior. If a blow job in your office is OK, why would masturbation in a men’s restroom not be OK?

He was at a urinal in a men’s restroom. All of us men “expose” ourselves when we are at a urinal in the men’s restroom. Polite behavior is to NOT walk in and stare at what other men are doing with their genitals when they are at the urinal.
Staring at another man while he is at a urinal might well be a crime — but pulling out your member at a urinal certainly is not.
Does remind me about the joke about how many times a man can shake at the end before it is considered inappropriate.

This is how Filner became the first democRAT mayor of San Diego in 20 years. Republicans and conservatives would not vote for an openly gay DeMaio. I don't live within the San Diego city limits so it's impossible for me to say if I would have or not. But one things is certain, I would never have voted for communist Filner.
Soon they will use “freedom” to do it on the street corners and won’t be sorry. There will be flash mob games and all of that to get it into the “new normal”. Once that genie comes out of the bottle things will get really crazy. Invest in dry cleaners and car washes. The road to hell is a crazy place and the further you go the more crazy it gets.
Let me add what you neglected to state in defense of the afour mentioned witness. Most guys at the urinal do not drop their pants down to their ankles, as stated in the article. Urinal etiquette only requires the zipper be in play, only. Circumstantial evidence indicates that monkey spanking was going on. If the zipper was only down, the suspect might saw his member off if he got carried away. Thus, the fact his pants were around his ankles, on the floor right under the urinal, a filty place. I present my expert witness Paulie Walnuts on the subject. Just to take a leak, no my friend. This guy was definitely up to no good. Imagine your the next guy at the urinal after this guy had his fun and games. I shudder to even consider it.
