Three Oklahoma teens are accused of shooting and killing 23-year-old Chris Lane, an Australian student visiting the United States on a baseball scholarship. Sixteen-year-old Chancey Luna, along with his friends James Edwards and Michael Jones, have been charged in connection to the slaying. Not only was the case possibly a hate crime, it should spark a national conversation about the way our media treats race.
The tweets and Facebook status updates from accounts linked to James Edwards paint a very clear picture of someone obsessed with violence and hatred for white people. Edwards had no problem putting violent and hate-filled messages like "90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE THEM." or "knocked out 5 woods since Zimmerman court." out for public consumption. "Woods" is a slang term for white people.
Young men with an affinity for violence, boredom, and underlying racism made for a deadly cocktail. With all this information available the Department of Justice should look into adding a hate-crime charge to the alleged killers' cases. Especially now, following the Department of Justice opening an investigation into George Zimmerman, a case where Zimmerman's entire history of helping and working with African Americans was completely ignored, I would say there is much more evidence of racism here than there ever was in the Zimmerman case....

Until people like Bill OReilly and the prosecuters and everyone involved say the truth about the racial aspect of the crime, nothing will change. These thugs hate white people. These thugs drove to an all WHITE neighborhood to relieve their boredom. It’s absolutely about race and should be prosecuted as a hate crime. Start turning the tables on them.

I say the question is whether sub-humans are capable of the thought required to qualify as ‘hate crime’.

Personally I think the whole notion of something being classified as “hate crime” and treated differently than a regular crime is misguided at best. But if we have to live with that designation this certainly would fit the definition.
And...it is “frowned upon”...
Just like Shorty being beat to death by some black guys using large flashlights.

I say two things:
1) I don't believe in hate crimes of any kind, no matter the races of those involved. If a crime is committed, prosecute to the full extent of the law and criminal process, give the sentence specified to meet the circumstances of the crime, i.e. heinous, depraved, etc. Hate crime classifications just allow for the likes of Jackson and Sharpton to continue to prosper in their race-driven fleecing of the masses.
2) The crap surrounding anything that has race attached to it has my head about to explode and this weekend's celebration of the MLK Jr. "Dream" speech has put me about to go critical. The crew claiming part of MLK's legacy don't have the first understanding of the meaning behind his words. They also are in total denial as to how they've been played for the most base kind of political pandering. They further are in denial as to how far the culture has fallen in areas relating to receiving welfare, fatherless families, and educational attainment. If it weren't so sad on human scale, it would be laughable in the same way that a certain flim-flam artist noted how "a sucker is born every minute." They've been played for suckers in the worst possible way, IMO.
Before the massive problems facing America’s #1 victim group can be resolved, America has to be able to talk about them. As of now, even suggesting that half of all of crime is committed by America’s #1 victim group gets you called racist, which stops all further discussion.
The media is deathly afraid of telling people that a murder was committed by America’s #1 victim group. The cops are scared excrementless of saying that America’s #1 victim group committed a hate crime, and say that the motive is a mystery. Journalists lose their job for even suggesting that there is problem with America’s #1 victim group.
Yes, let’s have a discussion about race.

I don’t get your point. He was clarifying the “kill woods” comment for those who don’t know.
Overall, very few people know that term (I only know it from hearing Richard Pryor in the 70s).
Need to get bored hoodlum types going to church and promote wholesome activities like scouting. Carville needs to say “it’s the family stupid”.
Parents(maternal,paternal,adoptive,step,play mom,grandma,grandpa) are responsible for minors and their actions. Punish the whole problem. And don’t continue to pay for this punish your enemies treatment.

They think only crimes perpetrated on blacks can be labeled as a race crime.
