Bozo must believe that for entertainment whites must beat the sh&t out of blacks to force them to drop out of school and to seek self employment as thugs.
Sadly, the same resume—which is what they are trying to test in those ‘call back’ studies—tends to mean significantly more for a white person than a black person, who has likely benefitted in a massive way from affirmative-action in school acceptance and degree completion, as well, often, as in hiring and job retention.
There’s only one alpha dog in that photo.

There are tens of thousands of Black Americans who put a lie to his speech.
The problem is discriminating against lazy, shiftless if you will, druggies that made a decision not to be educated and become a contributing member of society.
The first layer of discrimination, of the profile, is listening to the speech. Eubonics means probably unfit as a reliable competent employee
