The Houston High School ice hockey star was shot to death early Monday morning as he walked along South Main on the way to where he lived.

Police say Mario Patterson, Dondre Johnson and Jerrica Norflett admitted to the crime. Thirteen minutes after the shooting police arrested the trio at Foote Homes public housing just over a mile away from the scene of the crime.

The bodies are starting to pile up. If you are white, it probably isn’t a good idea to be out alone and unarmed.

However, the pattern seems to be multiple black assailants, and white victims who are either elderly, an infant, or distracted and unlikely to be unarmed.

I wonder why gun-toting good ol’ boys never seen to be targeted for these “random” crimes?

If you live in a city where at least 20 percent of the population is rabid black, and you don’t “carry”, you too could become the daily sacrifice to a culture gone crazy. I can harken back to days of yesteryear, when segregation kept both populations free from many many issues we now deal with and shouldn’t have to. We can’t close Pandora’s box, but like regime change in third world countries, what one demands of government doesn’t always turn out to be utopia, and desegregation opened the floodgates but didn’t solve a damn thing IMHO.
