To be honest, that's how I feel about the hundreds dead in Egypt, Syria, Iraq and elsewhere in the Muslim world. My give-a-damn is busted and I just wish we'd stop sending these people American relief money we don't have.

In Egypt the MB kill their own, even film it, sometimes the MB killers wear police or mil uniforms. Or it’s faked with fake blood. I remember in Syira last year sometime..?... they killed an entire village execution style - men, women and children, and it was blamed on the Syrian army. Turned out it was the rebels aka jihadis.
