And I am 100% sure that globull warming is a scam by the socialists in a bid to steal the wealth of the industrialized world and transfer a large percentage into their personal Swiss bank accounts and a small percentage to the people of the third world.

So what did they do? Bring 19 hand picked and approved "climatologists" and one token dissenter into a room for a vote?

Big news from the UN: Were 95% sure that human activity is the main driver of climate changeI wouldn't care if they were 100% sure. (I won't lower myself intellectually to the 150% ignoramuses)
It has been documented beyond any doubt whatsoever that any purely scientific findings of the IPCC are inevitably perverted to political statements, projections and recommendations with no basis in reality, or in the science it purports to represent.
Computer models is the most egregious example.
Those pseudo political "scientists" should read Mark Twain's Life on the Mississippi, where he discusses the ultimate length of the river based on past observations. It's a great laugh, but perhaps not for the climate-carbon-credit scammers.

95% sure and now they will demand that all the rich nations (meaning the US) pay the UN lotsa’ money to “fight” glow-bull warming. Uh-huh. And what kind of money trail will there be? (none....).

This is an increase of the mere 90 percent confidence the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change asserted in their last definitive report in 2007, by the way.So, I guess this means they'll be 105% sure in 2028.
To: SeekAndFind
It they’re THAT sure then it’s kind of funny that they have to keep telling us just HOW sure they are.
I’m 100% sure that the sun is going to rise in the east tomorrow but I don’t go proclaiming it from the rooftops.

the 95% confidence level in statistics. It’s only use should be in closed controlled systems, not human surveys or complex systems like the weather which has too many variable to count. How was yesterdays weather prediction for you?
To: SeekAndFind
In fact, much like these 95 percent of scientists, There seems to be an incorrect statement here. The article stipulates that a "panel" (of unspecified size) of scientists are 95% sure of something. This is nowhere near the same as "95% of scientists". The "panel" could have been 3 guys who are 95% sure.

It is extremely likely that human influence on climate caused more than half of the observed increase in global average surface temperature from 1951 to 2010, the draft report says. Was that draft report written by a delusional Jr. High-schooler?
A 59-year span of time is not climate; it is weather.
It is, in addition, highly suspicious as to the seemingly arbitrary, whimsical decision not to include 1950.
Two to three hundred years is the briefest time that science can presume to be analyzing "climate," in a discipline the deals with millennia or hundreds of millions of years of obvious cyclical behavior.
