Jackson simply got reckless. He thought he was invincible. The smart mobsters like Emanuel, Capone, and Ubama could never be nailed for anything (although the feds did get creative with Capone and finally nailed him on a flimsy, never-before-enforced “tax evasion” charge, lol).
Like Capone, his Chicago mob descendants Emanuel and Ubama will probably spend their last days poolside in Florida, dying from some STD or another.
Then there's Chicago and Cook County; these fiefdoms of Democrat rule are a world of corruption unto themselves. I understand the just acquired [by FedGov] Thompson Correctional Facility needs filling. I don't think it's big enough for all of the corrupt politicians, lawyers, and judges in IL.

Illinois’ impage shouldn’t have been tainted. The image of Democrats should have been tainted. Within the past 20 years, three democrat Illinois congressmen, Dan Rostinkowski, Mel Reynolds, and Jesse Jackson, Jr., have been arrested. During that time, no republican Illinois congressmen have been arrested.
