Huh, where was Obama and his leftist friends when this came out?
Where was the outrage, like there is for this rodeo clown today.

I thought that was a pretty hilarious skit. And Murphy’s voice was surprisingly good.
To: EEGator
The skit was an ausition for a (supposedly rehabilitative) production of Gigi starring the prisoners. Garret Morris was doing his audition when he sang that song. Immediately proceeding that, Chevy Chase playing a pedophile prisoner auditioning.

NO! These were jokes. If you don’t like em—don’t see their movies, TV shows or support any products they are linked with. Its called freedom—that means freedom for me and freedom for people I disagree with—Voltair said it best (a really wise Frenchman) “I disagree with everything you say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it!”

It’s OK to wish for the death of White people, the eeevvviiilll oppressors, the slaveholders. Welcome to PC-America.

Just pointing out the double standards Obama and democrats live by.

Well, they aren't exactly an apples to apples comparison. I assume that rodeo clowns perform in an exaggerated comical way, which one would not take seriously.
But Eddie Murphy was performing a sketch on a satirical show, and it was pretty over the top. (Credit to Tim Kazurinsky for the assist) But, the additional fact is, Murphy didn't specifically talk about harm coming to the president of the U.S.

It was clearly a joke, and it was done in 1982.

Because unlike our thin-skinned President, we white people didn’t take him seriously.

Oh yes I remember that one.
Morris also did the Hispanic baseball player Chico Esquala “baseball benn berry berry good to me”.
(I recall zero outrage over that one also).
