In a rebuke to the Obama administration, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has been violating federal law by delaying a decision on a proposed nuclear waste dump in Nevada.
By a 2-1 vote, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ordered the commission to complete the licensing process and approve or reject the Energy Department's application for a never-completed waste storage site at Nevada's Yucca Mountain.
In a sharply worded opinion, the court said the nuclear agency was "simply flouting the law" when it allowed the Obama administration to continue plans to close the proposed waste site 90 miles northwest of Las Vegas. The action goes against a federal law designating Yucca Mountain as the nation's nuclear waste repository.

What is the process for making a president obey the law? Does it have to do with the House of Representatives? What are they doing about it? There has to be some means of stopping this tyranny. Are the people responsible for doing it afraid to or do they refuse to?
The Constitution?
What’s that?
Who is keeping the TRASGRESSIONS list?
He is black. There is no consequence.
“I am teh law.” — B. Hussein Obama
ABC is reporting this!
So??? What difference does it make if no one does anything about it?
The new head of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission was specifically promoted from his former position on Senator Reid’s staff - as if THAT were a qualification to run a nuclear design and review agency of the federal government! - BECAUSE of his role in promoting and writing these “new” regulations prohibiting using Yucca Mountain.
Despite the fact that Yucca Mountain was an actual nuclear bomb test site, and is ALREADY thoroughly and explicitly contaminated with tons of dust and above-ground and below ground radioactive waste from multiple atomic bomb explosions. But Reid - and his enviro/anti-nuke dogmatists believe sealing radioactive waste thousands of feet below ground in stainless steel containers surrounded by concrete and sealed against ground water inside a salt dome “might” contaminate the ground above. If a leak happened. ....
Throw him in prison immediatley.
