Shares of embattled retailer J.C. Penney Co. fell another 2.5% in premarket trading on Friday amid an interal battle with shareholders. The board slammed Pershing Square Capital Management's Bill Ackman for a letter in which he criticized the board's failure to find a longer-term solution for the Chief Executive Officer Mike Ulman.

I sent them one note after another whenever they tried to send me another “Rewards” statement. Did not a bit of good. Could not even get them to drop us from their list.
As amusing as that would be, is there data to support that the gay ads hastened its decline (as opposed to it just ding a really crappy place that branding couldn’t save in this economy?)
I have to argue with liberals, so, unlike them, I generally need facts to back up the things I say. Thankfully, they’re usually available.

The only Penny that matters to me is the blonde on Big Bang Theory.
I think it’s a combination. Their quality did drop dramatically about 2-3 years ago. I used to shot there a lot, but the last time I bought there, which was also just before they went gay, I had problems with multiple items, and they refused to back any of their products. JC Penney is no longer a store that I even consider.

JC Penney’s decline has nothing to do with gaiety. Look at such ‘gay’ companies as Apple, Google, Levi Strauss, VW, and how successful they are! Some users of their products are even here!
Ackman is really sucking bilge water these days between his long on JCP and big short on Herbalife.

The left is math-impaired. They always think a small minority will be able to support their business when they decide to offend their vast-majority customer base and then accuse them of bigotry.
I quit going in when I saw all the homo/lesbo mannequin displays. I watched as families came in the store, saw them, and turned around and walked out, too. Barf.
JCP failed to realize their customer base was very normal folks, who took great exception to being thrown into the gay bin....
Their website is very difficult to order from. You can spend a couple of hours searching out goods to purchase and then you are told they don’t have them, after all, when you get to the payment page.
This problem has continued for a very long time without any apparent effort by JCP to fix it.
$56 for S&M gear ?!? And it’s called “Elegant Moments” ?!? WTF ?!?
