I think it’s a combination. Their quality did drop dramatically about 2-3 years ago. I used to shot there a lot, but the last time I bought there, which was also just before they went gay, I had problems with multiple items, and they refused to back any of their products. JC Penney is no longer a store that I even consider.
I quit going in when I saw all the homo/lesbo mannequin displays. I watched as families came in the store, saw them, and turned around and walked out, too. Barf.
the only time i bought something there was 2 years ago and it was the Cook’ microwave and toaster for cheap. Darn thing still works like a charm until now and their CS is good.
BUT they’re fag friendly and fags disgust me so i wont shop there.
Geez, everyone knows you can’t *lower* the quality of the clothes if you’re trying to attract a gay clientele!
