The National Security Agency has a secret backdoor into its vast databases under a legal authority enabling it to search for US citizens' email and phone calls without a warrant, according to a top-secret document passed to the Guardian by Edward Snowden.

Put me on the list or else!
Both halves please? Or else what?

That’s good news for the tax payer. So the NSA doesn’t need larger computers.

Always when i read articles in the newspapers about the new NSA computing facility in utah i think: It seems to be a good time to buy shares of computer storage manufactoring companies. :-(
I’ll report you to the mods! And make a voodoo doll of a void and stick it with null pins.
Terrorists order pizza to munch while plotting.
Anyone else who calls the same pizza parlor is one hop.
If any of them calls out for Chinese later that’s two hops.
Anyone else who called the same Chinese restaurant is three hops.
THANK YOU! I have eagerly been waiting for the day I could add you! Welcome aboard!
A chill wind is blowing in this nation. A message is being sent through the White House and its allies If you oppose this administration, there can and will be ramifications.

There’s no news here unless you(anybody) haven’t been paying attention for , oh, I dunno, maybe four decades. NSA has the gear to listen to almost anything. The actual limitation is that they can’t use warrantless search info in a prosecution. The question that needs to be asked of Obozo is “How do you keep from using overheard conversations/communications in a political campaign?” And “do you use this info in your own campaign?” And “have you-—”?
This can be sidestepped by parallel construction
ad other methods.
Moreover, there is way too much potential for blackmail/extortion with these systems.
We need to disband the NSA and prosecute everyone who was working there, or contracted with them, for deprivation of rights under color of law, and conspiracy against rights.
Terrorist threats are less to be feared than exactly what our government is doing.
I disagree, I am pretty attentive, and there are at least two things recently confirmed that are news to me.
1. The NSA spies on Americans when their mandate is Foreign.
2. That without a specific warrant the NSA has went beyond intercepting communications on public airwaves to actually collecting secure data from individuals and companies
You are correct. It’s not as if terrorist infiltrators don’t eat pizza. And those “secret cells”...why they require by their nature that more than one degree of separation be used.
What we don’t have yet is a smoking gun admitting they’re using the “degrees of separation” scheme or something similar to it. At least I’ve not heard it yet.
But it only makes sense that they would use it, doesn’t it?
Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. The White House Press Corp (sic) is only dead from the neck up, or pretends to be when it comes to stories that might harm their master. Its body is still alive and well, lying like a snake, manipulating people’s emotions, conditioning them not to think, and buy from their sponsors.
People who work for a living depend on the evening news for "NEWS" , .. not expecting propoganda .
The talking heads of evening news are just that : "talking heads", who are chosen based on their looks ,
demeanor , and enunciation and non-regional diction.
That is why when there is a replacement 'talking head' , it becomes big national news , in itself .
The daily and evening news and it's personalties are , in fact , entertainment ~ that is why for substance , go to foreign news sources.
>> under a legal authority
That would be the charlatans in Congress granting this “legal authority.”
The NSA ain’t the boogeyman. It’s our neighbors we elect to represent us in DC.
The Constitution doesn’t.
Since when does the NSA usurp the Constitution?

- A number of allegedly healthy athletes have encountered severe health problems after using mucho booze and cocaine
- The first WH doc was sacked after warning Goofy of excessive boozing
- Good thing Goofy has never used cocaine.....
- Suicide is painless
- It brings on many changes

.
They have legal authority to do something unconstitutional?
