Glenn Beck reflected on the latest news across the Middle East and within the United States on radio Monday, saying he continues to fear the path we are on leads to World War III.
My theory is this whole thing is coming apart at the seams, that this thing is at its end, he said, proceeding to reflect on how many years passed between the election of former president Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the beginning of World War II.
Just like with FDR, I think things are falling apart, Beck explained. He specifically pointed out that a wildly disproportionate amount of U.S. jobs added in July were part-time, low-paying, or both, and that many are blaming the burdensome costs the presidents health care plan places on employers.
Couple economic instability with a proxy war in the Middle East, Beck said, and trouble is on the horizon.

What is happening is Ceasar’s “peace dividend”. The swords he had turned against Germanic tribes 911 style are now turned against Rome itself.
As for WWiii, let us say that there are still countres out there fighting either for their own prestige or WWii outright. Heck, democrates still live and fight for the 1800s meal of slavery. Many aspiring princes of “give me” out there shopping around.
Yep, BO is the last person we need as CIC during a war!
Yeah- Obama is shutting down everything...I went over to Afghanistan in APR/MAY - everyone was packing and leaving — it was like - “The war is over - ride a bike around Bagram - go to the gym - and wait for Space A to open up...” Once I got there - the mission was FUBAR - I turned around and began the 15 day long return trip...it was a mess!
Just want to say, please let me know when you have your radio/tv show up and running, so I can follow all your great insights and leads. Thanks!
Ouch! ;>
WW was the war with Communism fought from 1946-1991.Over 100,000 Americans died in that one.
WW4 is the war on terror from 2001 to the present.
Next big one is WW5.
Ok, to qualify as a “World War,” at least two of the world’s primary military powers would have to engage in full-scale fighting on opposite sides in most or all strategic areas of the world, correct?
It might take a scenario like this: the US/NATO/Israel vs. a coalition of Shi’ite Muslim (or Shi’ite-ruled) nations like Iran, Syria and Iraq (!) etc. probably backed by Russia fighting it out all over the Middle East, with some surprises (Hezbollah) in the Western Hemisphere, and even the Korean Peninsula in order to keep US forces engaged elsewhere.
Considering the weakness of the Obama Administration, Beck might be correct. It could start as an escalation of the Syrian Civil War. Turkey’s membership in NATO might complicate things, but they, Saudi Arabia and the US seem to back Syria’s rebels against the Assad regime, so they might fight a coalition of Shi’ite Muslim nations.
I tend to think the world was on the brink in 1979-1980 before Reagan took office. Had Carter won a second term...
Correction—post 27 should red:
WW3 was the war with Communism fought from 1946-1991.Over 100,000 Americans died in that one.
WW4 is the war on terror from 2001 to the present.
Next big one is WW5.
I think we are going to see CW-II before WW-III.
Both, less than 1 year apart, Maybe?
I sure hope the Chinese are kind enough to keep shipping us everything we need to conduct a WWIII. Without, all have to stuff down our cannon barrels is left over Chevy Volts.
You be right about that! With no industrial capacity to speak of, we’re forced to use unconventional weapons. Don’t like to think about where that leads.
Consult your navel.
We can’t have a war. We don’t MAKE anything anymore..
We assemble foreign parts.. unless we can buy it.. somewhere..
Then “we” don’t even assemble..
We seem to be pretty good at making trouble, debt, and government dependents of late...
As alarmist as he has often sounded, he’s been proven right enough times for this to be soberly considered.
Beck's theory, tying the timeframe with that of FDR's march to war, is something to soberly consider as well.
In today's broadcast, about halfway through, Rick Wiles of Trunews.com talks with Larry Edelson, to discus the significance of three war cycles converging in 2015.
Interesting discussion, IMO: http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3051850/posts
