Bush 43 underwent procedure this morning to put in stent to relieve artery blockage. Said to be in good spirits and set to go home Thursday.
Correction: Bush 43 will be released from hospital tomorrow and back to normal schedule Thursday.
No telling what those death panels will decide when it comes to who gets what treatment.
Thank you, Howard Dean, for exposing the death panels.
Doctors p*** me off.
My best friend just keeled over and died on the golf course...The doctor missed it.
Interesting. He works out like a crazy man too.
Gov Palin exposed the death panels.
I know quite a few fitness buffs that make bad “kitchen” decisions.(alcohol, junk food, etc)
Dang me. Did I forget the /sarc tag again?
bttt
You should consider joining the "Michel Jazy Society." Jazy was a very good French middle distance runner..he won a silver medal in the 1500 meters at the 1960 Olympics. He smoked TWO packs of Gauloises, and drank 3 LITERS of wine, EVERY DAY..
Of course, there are those quacks who would dare to ask....how good could he have been if he didn't drink and smoke?
Your right. I have finally found something where Bob Beckel and I agree....exercise sucks.
He has platinum life time health care at our expense. But knowing GW’s habits he probably uses his own wealth rather than our tax dollars for his health care.
Goes to show even a person who looks and works hard can have heart or health issues.
There is no way that a sudden blood clot can be accurately predicted.
Years ago, I suffered a heart attack that literally came out of nowhere—no symptoms at all. Luckily, I made it by ambulance to a local hospital in time and the cardiologist on call knew exactly what to do. I was in the operating room before I knew what was going on.
The doc placed 3 stents in my heart at that time. That was 8 or 9 years ago. In the intervening years, I have had stents placed in my legs due to slow blood flow, but have been healthy otherwise.
Doctors certainly don’t p*** me off, though I don’t have the need to visit them often. There’s a GP here in our little town that I see maybe twice a year.
Now that I’m in my late 70’s, I think I am very blessed.
PS—I think it’s all a matter of what’s in your genes..
He did speak out about it - but only a few weeks ago.
Makes you wonder.
It was just a set up for the Howard Dean crack.
A double dose of sarcasm.
Test can read false positives too and then you end up getting treated for something you don’t have. When in doubt seek 2nd opinion.
Same thing happened to my dad on the way back from a fishing trip. He’d just been to the doc.
Tests are only so good
Many cardiac events remain relative spontaneous and due to many unpredictable stimuli
Many otherwise fit folks have cardiac threatening events
BUSH’S FAULT!
Oh, wait....
Were you told you have good circulation but your legs hurt before the stents went in?
