Fred (as the camera scans the courtroom audience): Then how come there’s nuthin but n****** here?

Well, according to Miss Rachel Jenteal's testimony for the prosecution of George Zimmerman, it is permissable for non-blacks to use the word 'niggah' as that only describes a "man who thinks he's a cop."
