I don’t even have to guess, I-do-not even have to guess that this punks relatives or “moms” or whoever is letting him run amok will file a lawsuit against NYC, and being that it’s the Bronx the jury will award a 6 figure settlement. This crap happens all the time when it should be the other way around: The city suing the parents!
