Obama/Jarrett and his administration have only them selves to blame for this....Snowden exposed Obama's spy program then tried to protect himself from his own government....he is not the first whistle-blower who has had to run for his life.

Obama made sure that Snowden has been forced to defect to Russia where Putin will relive him of all the NSA secrets he has with him. Obama prevented Snowden from seeking asylum in Iceland and other decent places where USA-NSA secrets would have been safe even if Snowden used some as bargaining chips

Look how the CIA is following Obama orders ro keep the Benghazi survivors away from congressmen who want to talk to them. The treachery and treason is pervasive in the 0-regime

One day we will find out that Valerie Jarrett was behind a lot of this treason and criminal activity

Someone within the US Senate edited Edward Snowden’s Wikipedia page to change his description from ‘dissident’ to ‘traitor’

The editor’s IP address was tracked back to the US Senate
The edit was made one day after Edward Snowden was granted political asylum in Russia

I was surprised and heartened that the Fox poll showed that 55% of Americans view him as a whistle blower.

I still have not heard of any classified data that he has exposed or any personnel that he has endangered. The Obama administration gave away more intel after the Bin Laden raid and special forces lost lives as a result.

He lost the whistle blowing status when he took a lot of the stuff on the hard drive with him out of a secured area.

At that point he became a problem for the country IMO.

Whistle blow all you want, fine, but don't go take tons of sensitive information with you out of the computers. At that point you are a spy and should be IMO shot on sight.

“But as far as Congress is concerned, sure he is a whistleblower.”

My ass.

They ought to do away with their whistleblower program. Snowden just proved it is worthless and dangerous!

There are only a handful of commie countries left on this planet, and Snowden tried to run to just about all of them.

Snowden is an ethically challenged individual who is closer to being a traitor than a whistleblower. But the whistleblower/traitor is difficult because he is blowing the whistle on a traitor.
