WASHINGTON Is the CIA trying to cover up information relating to the Benghazi attack that killed four Americans?
Members of Congress are seeking an investigation into covert CIA efforts to move surface-to-air missiles out of Libya, through Turkey, and into the hands of Syrian rebels, CNN reported over the weekend.
Among the many secrets still yet to be told about the Benghazi mission, is just how many Americans were there the night of the September 2012 attack.
According to one source, that number was 35, with as many as seven wounded, some seriously. It is unknown how many of them were CIA.
A source told CNN that 21 Americans were working in the building known as the annex, believed to be run by the agency.
CNN said the CIA is involved in what one source calls an unprecedented attempt to keep the spy agency's Benghazi secrets from ever leaking out, subjecting its agents to frequent polygraph examinations.

What difference does . . . oh the hell with it.
.... I wonder how many of the survivors being hidden by the administration were actually CIA assets and operatives? That would explain why they are being hidden and basically moved off the grid using the Witness Security Program aka WITSEC?
pure insanity
If I’m not completely mistaken, this has been known for quite some time by media outlets, other than our MSM. I believe that one of the UK papers did a rather extensive story on it.
Alas, it makes you wonder how long the arm of the obama-law-machine is.
Interesting piece. Thanks for the link.
Michele Bachmann tried to warn us about muslim brotherhood in government
I don’t doubt that there could have been weapons smuggling going on. That really isn’t a new thing.
But if the weapons were going to Syrian rebels, it makes me wonder who actually attacked the embassy. Doesn’t seem like AQ would attack suppliers to their buddies.
I doubt we will ever know.
Maybe if the name “Valerie Plame” could be linked
to the Benghazi scandal the MSM would generate
enough interest to get off their collective asses and
solve this thing. It worked before.
This thread is pretty informative. Not just the article but many comments and some links on the thread too.

To shrug off something like this, only because it was a Democrat who did it, is an affront to all the people who followed the rule of law for the 224 years prior to Obama.
If we allow the Democrats and the MSM to turn a blind eye because it's Obama, then the country as we know it is over.
Our government will have lost all moral authority to exercise any law over the rest of us. They will be forced to rule by the barrel of a gun from now on.

Sounds like it.
Thanks..very informative.
One of the terrorists interviewed by the NYT and Aljazeera, shortly after the attack, said that they were trying to free 3?4? of their guys that were being held prisoner/hostage at the compound.
The terrorist also admitted to ‘directing traffic’ and we now know that the surrounding and blockading of the streets started even before the Turkish Consul left.
The Libyan prime minister went to Benghazi after the attack as Obama was claiming rioters were responsible. The PM said the attack was carried out by Libyans but they were paid and coordinated by “foreigners.” These foreigners could have been Syrians, Iranians or even Russians. That may be why Obama is in no hurry to apprehend these guys.
It seems that there are a lot of different components in this situation..making things hard to unravel.
Throw the possible Russian involvement in the mix and things get really messy.
Issa maybe fighting a battle he can’t win. Especially given the info that has come out the last few days.
