Angela Corey's team reportedly destroyed evidence in Zimmerman trial
The Washington Times ^ | July 22, 2013 | Joseph Cotto

FLORIDA, July 22, 2013 — During George Zimmerman’s trial for second-degree murder, and later manslaughter, computer analyst Richard Connor was called to testify for the defense.

His testimony was eventually stricken from the record by Judge Debra Nelson, but has nonetheless allowed for some startling discoveries. Chief among these is that Trayvon Martin’s cellular phone belonged to an account owned by his mother, Sybrina Fulton.

The Conservative Tree House, a popular blog which has provided detailed coverage of the Martin shooting’s aftermath, uncovered some troubling information related to this.

Citing a video recording from the trial, blogger Sundance declares that “it was not, as previously stated by the [Martin family lawyers], Tracy Martin accessing his own phone records on 3/17/12 which could have revealed “Dee Dee”. Another BIG lie.

“It is also important to note who is making this assertion. The State. They are doing this to cloud the phone ownership, even though their own case is resting on the reliability of the phone records as it relates to Rachel Jeantel.”

He goes on to remark that “the account ownership begs perhaps the bigger question: When Benjamin Crump passed out partial phone records to the media on 3/20/12, they included the name of the account owner as Tracy Martin.

How is this possible on the printed detail if the phone was actually under the account of Sybrina Fulton?” Sundance states that “(i)f you listen closely to the Richard Conner testimony you realize what he has found.

The phone deletions were made around all of the attributes which would have affected the considerations in this case about character and reputation.”.....

Sundance later tells that “Conner is outlining a very specific educated thesis that the phone was scrubbed of damning evidence after death. Meaning somehow a person intentionally removed, “deleted”, the data.........

The DNC, from Florida, to Massachusetts (Patrick’s Dookhan),
to the DO”J” uses FRAUD, PERJURY, and FALSIFICATION
of Evidence to indict, harass, and kill any and all
opposition.

She was the elected prosecutor out of Jacksonville, Scott and Bondi had her assigned to this matter only. She should be removed, both she’s (Bondi and Corey) but I don’t know if that can be done outside of recall as they were elected. Scott meanwhile stepped in it big time here. He was trying to placate the tanned community in his run for reelection but has incited conservatives against him and now the tanned community is sitting outside his office every day trying to get him to call back the legislature to hear calls for the removal of the Stand Your Ground legislation from the Florida Law. So far he has not acceeded to that demand BUT the press, both local and national, is giving this a big boost because anything that makes Scott look bad gives credance to Crist’s run against him as a gop turned dem. There is a lot at foot here, more than just the instant matter of Corey as the dems and their willing cohorts are trying to let the Trayvon BS lead them to victory here next year.

This should all surface again at the upcoming sanctions hearing.

That will put a little sparkle in the inevitable malicious prosecution lawsuit.

Annie Dookhan was just unethical and stupid, not particularly ideological.

I agree, what difference does it make? Like saying something is “unconstitutional” then Obama does it and NOTHING HAPPENS. I’m tired if people pointing out these things but showing no intent of follow up to punish and make accountable. The next thing I want to read is about such a person being led to jail. They only seem to care about the “gotcha’” not the consequence.

So do I. And he is also in favor of the crap that is happening at the Governor's Office.

If that may Second Amendment supporters, Pro life supporters or Tea Party members tried to shut the place down, the riot squad would be all over them with dogs and firehoses before they could take a second step toward the building.

I know that I will not be voting for him this time around.

The RINOS of the world like Scott that trying to placate libs only make things worse for themselves.

They need to simply do what is right, the hell with political consequences.

if we had that type on Capitol Hill, Obama would be on the run.

That’s why I do NOT wish my Senator Ted Cruz to run for POTUS. Instead, I want him as Senate GOP leader to replace the weak McConnell and give the Dems an IN-YOUR-FACE treatment.

Destroying possible exculpatory evidence could be a career wrecker for a prosecutor.

I wonder how high up the food chain those orders came from, and who is looking at a federal job?

If and when civility goes out the window, it will be good to have a list. The allies had one at Nuremberg, for instance.

The USA has many Neville Chamberlains in office at the moment at all levels of government. Scott is one of many unfortunately who as you say would sic the attack dogs on tea party people yet appease blacks at every turn.

Angela Corey should be disbarred, indicted, prosecuted, convicted and incarcerated.

If this is true someone needs to go to prison. We give Prosecutors the power to ruin our lives, theirs should be ruined when they abuse that power.

Thanks for keeping us up to date.

I have two questions I hope you can help with:

What is the date of the sanctions hearing?

Will Mr. West argue for G. Zimmerman?

Thanks again...

IIRC, Scott won by less than 1% of the vote in 2010.

And he’s already lost the 4 votes from my family given his handling of the Trayvon Martin mess, among other things.
