NEW YORK President Bill Clintons former aide says Anthony Weiners continuing sexting scandal has been very painful for the Clintons, who are close to the New York mayoral candidates wife.
Ex-press secretary Dee Dee Myers said Sunday on CBS Face the Nation it wasnt a story anybody, particularly the Clintons, were happy to see dominate the news.
Weiners wife, Huma Abedin, was adviser to former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Myers later said she hadnt spoken to the Clintons. She said she meant to say that like many others, the Clintons would like to see the whole story go away.

I wonder if Clinton was banging Dee Dee before Monica came along? She does seem to be very loyal to Bill.

"I wonder if Clinton was banging Dee Dee before Monica came along?"
When I first read this sentence, I wasn't sure which Clinton you were referring to....

apostrophe alert: the Clintons - a plural;
not the Clinton’s - the possessive.

of course they do
because of the personal pain? it reminds them of?
NOT ON YOUR LIFE.
They want the scandal gone because it reminds voters of Bill’s immorality and it reminds voters of how their pairing, their marriage, is totally about politics, and NOT the kind of fedelity that marriage is intended to honor.

That’s why we need Weiner to stay in the race.
Besides, could he really be any worse than Bloomberg?

It’s not like Clinton’s women were all that.

Monica wasn't, that's for sure. However, Gennifer Flowers was a pretty good looking woman back in the day...
