Citing “national security interests,” President Obama effectively sidestepped Congress by signing an executive order which enables him to send $500 million to fund Muslim terrorists in the West Bank.
The executive order, addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry, was quietly signed Friday afternoon, as the media’s full attention was focused upon a royal birth.
In the order, President Obama writes, “I hereby certify that it is important to the national security interests of the United States to waive the provisions of section 7040(a) of the Act as carried forward by the CR, in order to provide funds appropriated to carry out chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended, to the Palestinian Authority.”
The move comes on the heels of a 2012 executive order in which Obama waived a congressional ban on funding the Palestinian Authority and sent the Hamas terror led organization $147 million American taxpayer dollars.

The sooner we all realize where the game is truly at today, the sooner we'll come to that gut check moment when we understand that the only solutions to taking our country back, involve ACTION - not words.
Civil disobedience on a massive scale would still do the trick right now, but that window is closing fast. Once it does, there's but one remaining solution, and I don't think any of us wants to go there.
This will bring happiness to Susan powers and all the other anti-semites floating around.

This is just part of the discreationary spending awarded to the Executive Branch for foreign relations development. This is WHY Obama can and does thumb his nose at Congress’s objection. Because he can. What needs to be done is force Congress to get control of those funds instead of having them awarded and paid out by the Executive Branch. But as long as we the people don’t object strongly, nobody’s going to do anything about it, and Obama will just keep borrowing money and funding terrorists with it.
So he doesn’t have to listen to congressional appropriations directives? Does he have to leave office at the end of his term?
Or maybe not even borrowing it, just taking it out of current revenue. Remember ALL revenue going to the US government is now, thanks to the Marxist democrats, lumped into the general fund. To be taken out and spent on whatever the high 535 wants it to be spent on, including funding terrorists. Just think, all that grand health care tax money, instead of paying out for your health care, can be spent, as well, funding and arming terrorists.

I just heard about President Obama bypassing Congress and sending the Palestinian Organization $500 MILLION dollars! This is unacceptable! They are run by Hamas - a terrorist organization. Congress must do everything in its power to stop this travesty. Obama does not have the power to send whomever he chooses the money American taxpayers pay. That is why we have you people to make sure this cannot happen. Please do all you can to alert your peers to this. Thank you.

My sense is “the people” who know what this means represent about 1% of the population. The rest are worried about what name the new Royal baby will be or whom will be american idol or be the last off the island.
Nothing Barry does is in a vacume. Israel knocks out some Syrian targets and the POS sends money to Hamas. Please tell me Israel still has the ability to take out one of their major enemies.

Also, not only do I not read anything about foreign aid in Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, but please consider the following. Justice Joseph Story had noted that Congress cannot use the General Welfare Clause as an excuse to provide foreign aid to anybody.
"If the tax be not proposed for the common defence, or general welfare, but for other objects, wholly extraneous, (as for instance, for propagating Mahometanism among the Turks, or giving aids and subsidies to a foreign nation, to build palaces for its kings, or erect monuments to its heroes,) it would be wholly indefensible upon constitutional principles (emphases added)." --Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 2 (1833).
Also, Justice John Marshall had previously clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes, basically for anything that Congress cannot justify under its Section 8-limited powers, foreign aid one of the things that Congress cannot justify.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." --Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
So regarding the funding that Obama just gave to terrorists by executive order, Congress first robbed the money from taxpayers by means of constitutionally indefensible taxes based on Justice Marshall's statement. And then Obama somehow gets this money from Congress, which Congress wasn't supposed to have anyway, and gives it to terrorists under the guise of foreign aid, regardless that Justice Story had noted that foreign aid is a no-no, and regardless of the relatively recent sequester.

It is not only DOD, all the other Departments and Agencies are experiencing furloughs, but he can find the money to pay islamic extremists???? What about the federal employees that work for him, literally and generally? I guess he doesn’t care. Federal Employee Unions.........WAKE UP!!!!!!! To those that don’t work for the Fed, we are all experiencing furloughs for the whole summer. Although, it doesn’t make the news anymore, we are still being stripped of our regular pay. We are effectively now part time workers in the Federal Government. This is beyond belief, when will the loyal opposition do some opposing????
