Their goal is to move minorities into the solidly "red" districts that have been created by Republicans in recent years, and turn them purple if not blue.

As few Conservatives are going to be moving back to the inner city to replace them, it's a low-risk strategy with little to lose.

By punishing states and cities who don’t ‘give’ Blacks a home at a ‘special price.’

I have searched for the maps that have the details by race/street. This was part of the census bar code match up. Supposedly, the documents are out there, but I can’t find them. There are a couple of companies who are selling the data. Otherwise, this is an ‘Easter egg’ a la 0bamacare and Amnesty. It will just be sprung on us.

Hadn't thought about that. I can imagine forcing the Allendale neighborhood in Austin - rich liberals and leftover hippies - being forced to have minorities in their area.
