Concerns raised about voter eligibility (NH Voter Fraud)

State Sen. Martha Fuller Clark, D-District 21, has eight people registered to vote under her single-family address in Portsmouth. Several of them came to New Hampshire to work on campaigns for various periods of time and voted in elections before moving on.

When asked about the legitimacy of their domicile status, Clark said:

"By and large, the young people who stayed with me were committed to New Hampshire, but given their age, whether they intended to stay is impossible to predict."

Allegations made in the comment section:

Poster: dhohensee "To show readers how easy it is to find voter fraud in New Hampshire, I decided to review the members of the NH Board of Education ... while listening to Rich Girard's podcast on election fraud.

Consider the Board's newest member: Emma Rous from Durham. There are four voters hailing from 50 Adams Point Road in Durham: Emma Rous, Walter Rous (Emma's husband), Nahanni Rous (Emma's 38 year old married daughter), and Ben Rous (Emma's 38 year old married son). Funny, how these twins never moved out. Common in cases of voter fraud.

Ben Rous resides in Norfolk, Virginia. Check out his Facebook or Linkedin pages if you don't believe me. He's an associate conductor at the Virginia Symphony Orchestra and conductor at the Greenwood Music Camp in western MA. He's married to Clara Lee, who also resides in Virginia.

Nahinni Rous is married to Ned Lazarus and lives with their daughter in Washington, DC. Ned has been a student at American University in Washington since their wedding in 2004. He now has a position as a post-doc at George Mason University, also in Washington DC area.

By the way, Emma Rous is used to controversy. She's the former Chairman of the House Education Committee, best known to homeschoolers for her attempt to bypass the legislature in 2010. After two horrible homeschooling bills failed dramatically in a Democratic House, House Education Chair Rous (also a Democrat) wrote to the NH Board of Education, asking them to implement those same homeschooling regulations anyway."

Saw a few minutes of a CNN show on Guns. People had to show 2 i.d.’s

To vote leftists demand no i.d.

Leftists know vote fraud is happening since its the only right they don’t demand an i.d.

This kind of voter fraud shows an ends-justify-the-means mentality. These extremists believe they are justified in doing almost anything because they know what is best for the rest of us.

This is a democratic NH state senator who is party to voter fraud.....right out in the open, and most likely nothing will happen to her. This sad state of affairs is common all over the country. The American people don’t seem to have the will any longer to run their own nation in an ethical or moral manner.

Exactly. I’ve had a leftist tell me the Constitution says “provide the general welfare”. Knowing its a flat out lie.
What’s scary is this person is a teacher saying this lie.

The purpose of the public education system is to produce democrat voters. In the long term this ensures that the US will become a permanent one-party (democrat) country. Yet the GOP never even thinks to address this issue.

Well, with the law in New Hampshire being so vague, maybe we should all find a way to live in New Hampshire for a day or two and vote out specific democrats

Would it be of interest to know that Ohio citizen’s “private” voting records are posted online in a database?

How can there be online voting records of citizens?

Apparently, online voter records vary from state to state. There is another site that predicts a voter’s party affiliation, which could be just as harmful if someone wanted to target political opponents.

I was listening to a radio program and was absolutely blown away by the person who called in and talked about the voter intimidation by mail in Pennsylvania. The caller said that people in that state received letters telling them that A) they knew how they voted in the previous election and B) they better not vote for Romney and C) they were being “watched”.

In the process of doing research on the IRS Scandal we came across the name, John Shafer, in an article and someone shared the following information about his citizen voting record. (See below)
Article here:
http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-irs-scandal-20130619,0,6850335.story

I had no idea our citizen voting records were available to the public. This should NOT be public information if our votes are by ballot. Perhaps it has always been the case, but what a perfect way to target political opponents!

Durham; home to the far-left University of New Hampshire. These corrupt women; taken in tandem with Red Hampshire's 'open' primary system, explains how they wound up with a radical pro-abortion, pro-sodomite ALL-FEMALE Congressional delegation.

Showing 2 forms of ID to purchase a firearm is fine.. having to show an ID to vote, perish the thought! We can’t discourage voters, now.. can we??

I have come to the only logical conclusion based on past history:

The GOP knows about the vast voter fraud, is probably complicit in the voter fraud, and wants it to continue.

The powers that be want us to think there are two distinct parties. But for a few America loving conservative politicians, there is but one large party.
All they care about is power and money, and how to hold on to it.

There will be no fixing of this take-over by continuing to play within the corrupt system.

We are being lied to daily and on a massive scale. Until we can accept this and care, this sham will continue.

:: The powers that be want us to think there are two distinct parties. ::

The only true goal in a modern election is the US Treasury. The winner will be allowed to use the full faith and credit of the Treasury as a campaign fund.

I wish that everyone in FR Land would come to my house in NH and do just that and vote in the next election. Why not? What is the difference between 8 or 800,000 living at one address?

I’m serious, why wait to have incremental abuse over years. Free Republic should just absolutely break the system in NH on the next go around. The other neat option we can all fall back on is the NH Constitution: Article 10, The right to have a Revolution, NH is the only state left with that RIGHT!

for the NSA reading this: Allah Akbar and this the BOMB!

And all important meetings between both parties, are held behind closed doors. Benghazi probes? Behind closed doors.

The general welfare clause exists only in the Preamble and in the taxing and Spending Clause.

In 1905, SCOTUS ruled that the clause in the preamble does not provide any substantive power to Congress (Jacobson vs. Massachusetts).

It is not a grant of legislative power (U.S. v. Butler, 1936), and is related only to the taxing powers.
