Well, we had another power outage here in Comanche,OK. Only this it was the business district that was spared while our house, the public school complex and a few other places lost power.

It went out around 3:15 PM and came back on around 4:40 PM CDT. Apparently it was a line that got hot and burnt down at the substation Northwest of town which caused the outage.

This marks the 4th time in the last several weeks, we've had power go out here at the house. I'm ready for them to finish up with the new substation.

It was a warm day too. It got into the mid 90's for a high.

I’m sure the power companies around the nation are struggling with things of this nature, with the heat and storms.

Howdy, EGC! (((hugs)))

Sorry you’ve been experiencing power outages. It has to be
very uncomfortable with the heat like it is. Hope they get
it taken care of soon. I guess all the ACs going puts a real
strain on the old equipment. Hope today is better!
