MCCAIN: OBAMA'S TRAYVON COMMENTS 'VERY IMPRESSIVE'

On Sunday, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) appeared on CNNs State of the Union, where he called President Obamas Friday comments on Trayvon Martin and race very impressive. He said, I think we should continue to make progress, but added that we still have a long way to go, even as he declined to second guess the verdict in the George Zimmerman case.
McCain stated that we were probably too optimistic about race relations in the aftermath of the election of the countrys first black president. I think old prejudices die hard, McCain said. We have made significant progress, but I think recent events highlight the differences that remain. McCain also said he believed that Stand Your Ground laws should be reconsidered in light of the Martin case, despite the fact that Stand Your Ground was never invoked by Zimmerman and he was acquitted on grounds of self-defense.

I'll just repeat what I posted about 5 minutes ago on another thread:
Michael Savage called it. (This is why is is important to listen to as many talkers as possible--the others missed this point)
He equated this latest sad, chapter in the never ending saga of Saint Trayvon to Ernst Röhm and the formation of the SA. Obama warned us of a civilian army every bit as well equipped as our volunteer army...And remember the SA started with demonstrations and...boycotts.
You will know your enemies by what they say and do. My main point here today is that we, as conservatives, have traitors in our midst. (And we have morons in our ranks that help keep electing them--but that's another story..) They need to be dealt with, somehow. shunned, ignored, recalled, fired, slip some digitalis in their prune juice, whatever...
It is clear that one side has already won. and to hide this fact, a "managed decline" of the Republican party is taking place--not all of them are in on it, just the key players.

I cant understand how McCain s lips arent permanently stained brown. HE has a bro-crush since the election. Obama saved him from becoming President -- a job he was totally unsuited for.
McCain is just showing his thanks.

I wonder what really happened when his fighter jet mysteriously launched it's missile on the carrier deck and nearly sank the ship. What a coincidence that it just so happened to be HIS plane. His plane was playing receiver for the Zuni missile that got cooked off by electrostatic discharge from another bird.

Something fishy about McCain vis-a-vis Obama - the way McCain refused to attack Obama in any meaningful way during the Presidential campaign, McCain’s calling off his campaign to return to Washington during the financial crisis - I always thought McCain had deliberately thrown the election, for reasons best known to himself. Really fishy.
