Taser Guns would be highly effective in disbanding them and then when they are immobilized, arrest them and leave them in jail for awhile...
Nah, I’m thinking a good acid sprayer on a few mob crowds and that BS will stop. Its not time to show any fear but it is time to forget the PC crap. The end law of the land is use of force and it always has been; discussions will not work with mentally disturbed low IQ lemmings.

The “brown noise” generator would also be rather effective.
Bear spray would be an effective, nonlethal weapon. And it is available at the Big 5 in the LB area stores.
Industrial strength pepper spray is much more efficient.
Don’t know that tasers would be effective on a fast-moving, wide-ranging mob bent on theft and vandalism.

Police & deputies confront and attempt to contain the mob, order them to cease and disperse. Non-compliance and/or continued lawlessness results in swift arrest of mob members. Active resistance to officer custody brings physical enforcement by LEOs suct as pepper sprays, tear gas and to include lethal force if necessary.
Variable factors are size if lawless mob VS number of LEOs, proximity to civilians, time of day, location, etc. If LEOs greatly outnumbered, they call for all support and defend themselves as may be necessary while striving to protect the safety and property of civilians.
Any ‘solution’ where the bash mob is allowed to pillage and plunder at will is no solution at all and will only encourage continued lawless aggression.
How about shotguns loaded with water softener pellets, aimed at crotch level? I like to hear a lot of hollering at the bash mobs I attend.
If these vermin are assaulting people on the streets then they need to be put down for good. Leave their wasted youth lying on the streets for their non existent guardians to pick up.
