Plain and simple, this week may feel the worst of any week for this summer in the Northeast and parts of the Midwest. The region will be a virtual sauna bath.

The streets in my state was covered in snow, LOTS of snow, including that in my neighborhood area back in early in February.
“Well, a 68 year old with a FOURTEEN year old daughter is kinda, um, life changing? LOL!”
“A local guy has you beat. He works at my Walgreens and is in his early 70s. His son is in 2nd grade.”
I also have a 13 year old son, both are adopted. Pictures and story here:

My 13 and 14 year olds now have a sister age 45, a brother age 38, a brother and sister ages 40, multiple nieces and nephews older than them and even have g/nieces and nephews.
That’s my daughter-in-law’s grandfather’s corn field. Her parents live next door and this is off their backyard. We loved Wisconsin, especially the people in and around Oostburg, some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. Brought some cheese home from the Gibbsville cheese factory, good stuff! The weather and the foliage are similar to Western NY.
Yep, that’s pretty series.

Very informative!
I know that is why I don’t care about the heat in July in eight weeks we will be heading into hell again ....Winter will be around the corner!!!!
A sauna bath is dry heat; here in the Northeast it’s more like a steam room.
And, yes, it’s just about as hot outside as it ever gets up here.
I wonder if the heat wave has reduced the “dancin’ in the streets” from the Zimmerman verdict.
Someone needs to establish a hot-free zone.
LOL! Bail or Bale. With my backyard, either would be appropriate!
I am a glutton for punishment. I didn’t mow on Monday and we had several days of rain. I put fertilizer out before the first storms hit, and now I have to wait until it dries out enough to mow.
